Daddy is not a nice person: The legacy of Cameron, Obama and Sarkozy

Let this article serve for posterity, so that future generations, including the children and grandchildren of these three politicians can read these lines and judge for themselves the difference between what this demonic axis has done in reality and the nonsense they will spout forth in their memoirs. The bottom line is Daddy is not a nice person.

Yes, we can just imagine it. In ten years time, David "If I have to pay anything back, then I shall" Cameron, Nicolas "I hate gypsies and drug addicts" Sarkozy and Barack "Hey I do what I am told" Obama will be preparing their kids for adulthood by advising them which Universities to go to, getting them into the best internships and telling them what Daddy did when Daddy was Prime Minister/President.

We can all predict the rosy-coloured nonsense which will grace the pages of their auto-biographies and memoirs as they pass on to the "chicken run", the lucrative after-dinner speech circuit during which they preen themselves and glorify their legacy, however sickening it may have been. Very often, the repression of the truth and the tension this engenders creates imbalances in the body which can give rise to cancers and other stress-related diseases, as explained through the science of bio-synthesis.
So let us examine the legacy of Cameron, Obama and Sarkozy, three men in clear need of decades of therapy. Basically, these evil three have insulted the collective history of humankind and have attempted to render useless the good work of millions of people throughout the centuries who were working towards a better and fairer world based upon the rule of - and respect for - the law.

Daddy/Grandapa is not a nice person. These three men broke international law by supporting terrorists, invading Libya and bombing civilians (to protect them?), supported carpet-bombing strategies against the poor civilians defending themselves against the marauding gangs of terrorists that they unleashed, they supported a policy which targeted civilian structures with military hardware.

Daddy/Grandpa is not a nice person. Cameron, Obama and Sarkozy supported a military policy which destroyed the civilian water supply so that mothers could not bathe their babies, they supported a military policy in which the electricity grid was taken out "to break the people's backs" and so that patients in hospitals would die because their electricity supply was turned off, families could not heat their homes.

Daddy/Grandpa is not a nice person. Cameron, Obama and Sarkozy supported a policy in which schools and hospitals were bombed. They supported a military strategy which strafed a family home, murdering one of the sons and three grandchildren of Muammar al-Qathafi. And you know what? Not one of these three even apologised. Daddy/Grandpa supported child murderers and did not even have the decency to say sorry.

Daddy/Grandpa is not a nice person. Cameron, Obama and Sarkozy targeted Libya because Libya and its Brother Leader stood for a unified Africa, providing Africans with African solutions for African problems, freeing Africans from the yoke of paying crippling repayments for loans from the banks their countries controlled.

Their entire policy was based upon greed and selfishness, murder and theft as they backed torturers, they supported racists, they financed rapists, they aided terrorists, they sustained murderers, endorsed the actions of looters, thieves and arsonists, they gave the nod to those who desecrated cemeteries, dead bodies, who slit people's throats in the streets, murdered children and sodomised the dying. If Daddy/Grandpa ever asks you if you want to know what his legacy is, then just tell him to do to you, a fraction of what those he supported in Libya did to their victims. See, Daddy/Grandpa is not a nice person.

This will be for the rest of eternity the legacy of David "I supported terrorists in Libya" Cameron, Barack "I supported terrorists in Libya" Obama and Nicolas "I supported terrorists in Libya" Sarkozy. They are not nice people...

Italian citizen sues Italy for its war against Libya
Posted: 2011/10/25
From: Mathaba

Tenor-composer and universal human rights activist Joe Fallisi appears in court on October 27.

Press Conference

Thursday, October 27, 2011

11.30 AM

(Location: "Rachele" Hall, Hotel Royal Santina

Via Marsala 22, Rome)

Tenor Giuseppe (Joe) Fallisi will testify at a tribunal in Rome on Thursday, October 27, 2011, assisted by Luke Tadolini, as a result of a complaint issued by him against the State of Italy regarding its war on Libya, which influence has been apparent in our country. Formally, the complaint is against "anonymous people", but it is clear that it includes all politicians involved in this tragic and shameful act (President Giorgio Napolitano, Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, the deputies and senators whos vote lead to the involvement of Italy in the war, and even those who financially contributed to the "mission). According to the complainant, the war against Libya openly violated Article 11 of the Constitution of our country [Italy], which prohibits involvement in war.

The Article states:

Italy rejects war as an instrument of aggression against the freedom of other people and as a means of settling international disputes, but allows, on an equal footing with other states, the necessary limitations of sovereignty to guarantee peace and justice among the other nations; it promotes and encourages international actions which are taken for that purpose.

According to Joe Fallisi, possible "limitations on sovereignty" mentioned at the end of this Article don't contradict with the first sentence of the Article and therefore are no license for war. So what Italy has done and still does in Libya, is nothing but using "war as an instrument of aggression against the freedom of other people," especially after we decided to contribute with our planes to the bombing of the Libyan soil - a country that we never dreamed of declaring war against. Sadly, in addition to this, Italy has violated the "Treaty of Friendship, Partnership and Cooperation" between the Republic of Italy and the Great Socialist People's Libyan Jamahiriya which has been signed three years ago by Muammar Qaddafi and Premier Berlusconi. Among other things, the Treaty provides:

...respect for the sovereign equality of states, the commitment not to threaten and not to use force against the territorial integrity or political independency of the other party, or taking any measures that are incompatible with the Charter of the United Nations, the commitment of non-interference in internal affairs and the commitment to respect the principles of international law, the commitment not to use and not to allow the use of the partys territories for any hostile act against each other, and the commitment to find peaceful resolutions of disputes.

Approximately two hundred thousand Libyans [including soldiers] have died so far in the neo-colonial aggression in which Italy unfortunately is involved. A prosperous and peaceful country has been bombed and destroyed forever under the false pretext of "humanitarian intervention." A small minority of fanatics who turned out to be murderers, racists and ethnic cleansers were given "recognition", even though they had no ones support. We [Italy] have also contributed to the killer campaign against the entire Jamahiriya government [meaning all Libyan people] and recently witnessed the alleged torture and murder of Muammar Qaddafi and his son Mutassim. One should have decided, like Germany, not to participate in these horrors. Who has made the opposite choice now must be held accountable.

Qaddafi Morality vs Clinton Hitlery

No matter your religion: truth is truth. We are now living in times when ignorance is portrayed as strength, slavery as freedom and war as peace. But who is it that is waging war and calling it peace? Who is it spouting ignorance and thinking it is strength? Who is it bringing slavery and calling it freedom?

A handful of fascist slaves filled with hatred and ignorance, who love war, who envy those who are strong, free and who love and promote peace.

That much is obvious to any observer who lands on this Earth from another planet, or indeed anyone who takes the time to open their eyes and look.

It is also increasingly obvious to millions more with each passing day, that this man driving around in an open air car in April this year in Tripoli, Libya, without security, without fear, in the second month of non-stop bombing from 10km in the air, who lost his 3 baby grandchildren all under 2 years of age and his youngest son, just weeks after this was filmed, thanks to endless NATO bombs that struck his house, is the man of Peace, Strength and Freedom.

They are taking up his ideas and practical solutions to the world's problems, and discovering the truth about Libya, and they will demand answers as to how a country, the United States of America, can be so corrupt and barbaric as to allow a lawyer to rise to the position of Secretary of State, and in front of the whole world, say she is thrilled by murder, torture, and death -- without due process, without rights, in flagrant violation of all basic principles of law, life and liberty, and how it is that she has not had her law license revoked, and how it is that not one lawyer, judge, organization or individual has taken any case against her for incitement to murder, chaos and turning all basic civilizational values on their head.

Watch this man, Muammar Qaddafi, giving a speech in front of leaders, on the US Invasion of Iraq:

One of the most common ways the US media demonizes Gaddafi - and other leaders whom the US govt hates - is by calling them delusional, irrational, crazy, etc.

Does Gaddafi sound insane to you? Does he not sound reasonable?

And what about this one, Hillary Clinton, aka "Killary Killinton", after seeing the videos of a man captured, abused, beaten, tortured and shot while in custody, does Clinton look sane to you (pause the video at exactly 1 second to see the facial expression) and watch the body language of this person, and is the one who interviews her and laughs, a balanced, sound, sane journalist?

A trial for world's biggest terrorists will begin soon
28.10.2011 3:34 AM

On November 19-22, 2011, the trial of George W Bush (former U.S. President) and Anthony L Blair (former British Prime

Minister) will be held in Kuala Lumpur. This is the first time that war crimes charges will be heard against the two former

heads of state in compliance with proper legal process.

Charges are being brought against the accused by the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission (KLWCC) following the due process

of the law. The Commission, having received complaints from war victims in Iraq in 2009, proceeded to conduct a painstaking

and an in-depth investigation for close to two years and in 2011, constituted formal charges on war crimes against Bush,

Blair and their associates.

The Iraq invasion in 2003 and its occupation had resulted in the death of 1.4 million Iraqis. Countless others had endured

torture and untold hardship. The cries of these victims have thus far gone unheeded by the international community. The

fundamental human right to be heard has been denied to them.

As a result, the KLWCC had been established in 2008 to fill this void and act as a peoples initiative to provide an avenue

for such victims to file their complaints and let them have their day in a court of law.

The first charge against George W Bush and Anthony L Blair is for Crimes Against Peace wherein:

The Accused persons had committed Crimes against Peace, in that the Accused persons planned, prepared and invaded the

sovereign state of Iraq on 19 March 2003 in violation of the United Nations Charter and international law.

The second charge is for Crime of Torture and War Crimes against eight citizens of the United States and they are namely

George W Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Alberto Gonzales, David Addington, William Haynes, Jay Bybee and John Yoo.

The Accused persons had committed the Crime of Torture and War Crimes, in that: The Accused persons had wilfully

participated in the formulation of executive orders and directives to exclude the applicability of all international

conventions and laws, namely the Convention against Torture 1984, Geneva Convention III 1949, Universal Declaration of

Human Rights and the United Nations Charter in relation to the war launched by the U.S. and others in Afghanistan (in 2001)

and in Iraq (in March 2003); Additionally, and/or on the basis and in furtherance thereof, the Accused persons authorised,

or connived in, the commission of acts of torture and cruel, degrading and inhuman treatment against victims in violation

of international law, treaties and conventions including the Convention against Torture 1984 and the Geneva Conventions,

including Geneva Convention III 1949.

The trial will be held before the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, which is constituted of imminent persons with legal

The judges of the Tribunal, which is headed by retired Malaysian Federal Court judge Dato Abdul Kadir Sulaiman, also

include other notable names such as Mr Alfred Lambremont Webre, a Yale graduate, who authored several books on politics,

Dato Zakaria Yatim, retired Malaysian Federal Court judge, Tunku Sofiah Jewa, practising lawyer and author of numerous

publications on International Law, Prof Salleh Buang, former Federal Counsel in the Attorney-General Chambers and prominent

author, Prof Niloufer Bhagwat, an expert in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and International Law, and Prof Emeritus

Datuk Dr Shad Saleem Faruqi, prominent academic and professor of law.

The Tribunal will adjudicate and evaluate the evidence presented as in any court of law. The judges of the Tribunal must be

satisfied that the charges are proven beyond reasonable doubt and deliver a reasoned judgement.

In the event the tribunal convicts any of the accused, the only sanction is that the name of the guilty person will be

entered in the Commissions Register of War Criminals and publicised worldwide. The tribunal is a tribunal of conscience

and a peoples initiative.

The prosecution for the trial will be lead by Prof Gurdial S Nijar, prominent law professor and author of several law

publications and Prof Francis Boyle, leading American professor, practitioner and advocate of international law, and

assisted by a team of lawyers.

The trial will be held in an open court on November 19-22, 2011 at the headquarters of the Al- Bukhary Foundation at Jalan

Perdana, Kuala Lumpur.

Why Libya Was Attacked
Posted: 2011/10/29
From: Mathaba
A revolutionary leader, Gaddafi was a visionary. He wanted Libya's society based on equity, justice and fair distribution of wealth.

by Stephen Lendman

Obama's March 28, 2011 address at the National Defense University was true to form. It reeked of duplicity, hypocrisy, and ball-faced lies, saying:

"For generations, the United States of America has played a unique role as an anchor of global security and as an advocate for human freedom."

"....(W)e are reluctant to use force to solve the world's many challenges."

"But when our interests and values are at stake, we have a responsibility to act. That's what happened in Libya...."

For decades, Libya was "ruled by a tyrant....He has denied his people freedom, exploited their wealth, murdered opponents at home and abroad, and terrorized people around the world - including Americans who were killed by Libyan agents."

Substitute Washington for Libya and he got it right. America is a rogue terror state, a menacing plague on humanity.

Democratic values, human and civil rights, and rule of law principles are non-starters.

Only corporate and imperial interests matter, not equity, justice, peace on earth, and government of, by and for the people while respecting the sovereign rights of other nations.

NATO's war on Libya was planned many months in advance like all wars. Why is most important, or put another way - cui bono?

Official accounts and media scoundrels never explain. Dozens of previous articles discussed relevant issues and answers, including one summarizing what's most important. More on that below.

Historical Facts About Libya

Like most parts of Africa for centuries, European colonial powers ravaged Libya. During the 1911 Turko/Italian war, Libya was invaded and attacked. Twenty years of resistance challenged Italian colonizers.

From 1911 - 1943, Italy's occupation was brutal. Libyans never forgot. After WW II, America, Britain and France dominated the region. In 1951, they combined three distinct regions into Libya - Cyrenaica in the east, Tripolitania in the west, and Fezzan in the south.

Britain enthroned King Idriss. He let America, Britain and France retain military bases and pursue corporate interests. America's Wheelus Air Base near Tripoli dominated the Mediterranean Basin. Washington wants one or more super-bases built on Libyan land as launching pads against the region.

In 1955, Libyan oil was discovered. Three colonial powers controlled it until Gaddafi's bloodless September 1, 1969 coup, ousting King Idris. It was an anti-imperial socialist revolution. Foreign domination ended.

Gaddafi supported pan-Africanism - a United States of Africa, free from imperial domination. It was a vision shared by Marcus Garvey, Kwame Kkrumah, Sekou Toure, Julius Nyerere, Jomo Kenyatta, William Tubman, Gamal Abd Nasser, and others. More on that below.

He also wanted Libyans to share in the country's oil wealth, a notion foreign to America and other Western societies.

Under 1999 Decision No. 111, all Libyans got free healthcare, education, electricity, water, training, rehabilitation, housing assistance, disability and old-age benefits, interest-free state loans, as well as generous subsidies to study abroad, buy a new car, help couples when they marry, practically free gasoline, and more.

Literacy under Gaddafi rose from 20 - 80%. Libya's hospitals and private clinics were some of the region's best. Now they're in shambles. Some, in fact, were bombed or damaged in other fighting. NATO lied saying only military targets were attacked.

NATO's imperial strategy involves targeting civilians and vital infrastructure, including power, communications, medical care facilities, and other essential to life sites.

Before war began, Libyans had Africa's highest standard of living. According to David Blundy and Andrew Lycett's book titled, "Qaddafi and the Libyan Revolution."

"The young people are well dressed, well fed and well educated....Every Libyan gets free, and often excellent, education, medical and health services. New colleges and hospitals are impressive by any international standard."

"All Libyans have a house or a flat, a car, and most have televisions" and other conveniences. "Compared with most citizens of Third World countries, and with many (others), Libyans have it very good indeed," including decent housing or a rent-free apartment.

Gaddafi's Green Book, in fact, states, "The house is a basic need of both the individual and the family, therefore it should not be owned by others." It also covers other beneficial social policies, saying:

"Women, like men, are human beings.

            ....(A)ll individuals have a natural right to self-expression by any means....;

In a socialist society no person may own a private means of transportation for the purpose of renting to others, because this represents controlling the needs of others.

The democratic system is a cohesive structure whose foundation stones are firmly laid above the other (through People's Conferences and Committees). There is absolutely no conception of democratic society other than this.

No representation of the people - representation is a falsehood. The existence of parliaments underlies the absence of the people, for democracy can only exist with the presence of the people and not in the presence of representatives of the people."

The Green Book ideology rejects Western-style democracy and predatory capitalism, especially neoliberal exploitation. It's one of many reasons why Gaddafi was ousted.

He provided impressive social benefits, including free land, equipment, livestock and seeds for agriculture to foster self-sufficient food production. Moreover, all basic food items were subsidized and sold through a network of "people's shops."

Moreover, since the 1960s, women had the right to vote and participate politically. They can also own and sell property independently of their husbands. Under the December 1969 Constitutional Proclamation Clause 5, they have equal status with men, including for education and employment, even though men play leading roles in society.

Until Washington and NATO blocked its approval, the UN Human Rights Council Libyan praised Gaddafi in its January 2011 "Report of the Working Group on the Universal Periodic Review: Libya Arab Jamahiriya."

It said his government protected "not only political rights, but also economic, educational, social and cultural rights." It also lauded his treatment of religious minorities, and "human rights training" of its security forces.

In eight months, NATO's killing machine destroyed 42 years of achievements, benefitting all Libyans. Why else would overwhelming numbers support him?

After NATO attacked, hundreds of thousands rallied openly for him. On July 1, 95% of Tripoli's population (almost 2 million strong) expressed support in Green Square.

Before the war, he felt safe enough to drive unprotected through Tripoli streets. Residents lined up to cheer him. Some despot!

America and other Western societies should have ones like him. Imperial wars would end. So would homelessness, hunger and human depravation. Instead, "new world order" imperialists want super-wealth and power shared only by their privileged few.

Libya is one of many targets. Others will follow to extinguish freedom everywhere if they succeed. Universal opposition needs to stop them. Failure can't be tolerated. The alternative is too grim to imagine.

Why Gaddafi Was Targeted

Information below was discussed earlier. It bears repeating now. Gaddafi's vision marked him for removal. It was just a matter of when, even though he cooperated with Western powers post-9/11 on matters of intelligence and terrorism.

Until vilified and targeted, he was welcomed in Western capitals. In 2003, he came in from the cold, became a valued Western ally, and had meetings and discussions with top officials like UK Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, France's Nicolas Sarkozy, Italy's Silvio Berlusconi, US Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, and others.

He also participated in the 2009 G-8 Summit in L-Aquila, Italy as Chairman of the African Union. At the time, he met and shook hands with Obama.

Moreover, ABC News interviewed him live, and on January 21, 2009, The New York Times published his op-ed headlined, "The One-State Solution" to resolve the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. He called "living under one roof....the only option for a lasting peace."

On May 16, 2006, Washington restored full diplomatic relations, removing Libya from its state sponsors of terrorism list. At the time, Rice called the move:

"tangible results that flow from the historic decisions taken by Libya's leadership in 2003 to renounce terrorism and to abandon its weapons of mass destruction programs....Libya is an important model as nations around the world press for changes in behavior by the Iranian and North Korean regimes."

She also praised Gaddafi's "excellent cooperation" in fighting terrorism. Moreover, he opened Libya's markets to Western interests by arranging deals with Big Oil giants BP, ExxonMobil, Royal Dutch Shell, Occidental, France's Total, Italy's Eni Gas and others. By all appearances, he joined the club, so why turn on him?

Though on board in some ways, he very much wasn't on others. He supported Palestinian rights, opposed Israel's occupation and Gaza's siege.

Earlier he backed anti-apartheid struggles in South Africa, as well as others in Northern Ireland, Spain, and elsewhere.

He had nothing to do with downing Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland in 1988. Neither did Abdel Basset Ali al-Megrahi. Scottish judges knew he was innocent but were pressured to convict.

Gaddafi never admitted fault. He took responsibility solely to have international sanctions removed. To this day, he and al-Megrahi stand falsely accused. Likely CIA /MI6/and/or Mossad involvement is never mentioned.

America tried and failed numerous times to assassinate him, including Ronald Reagan's 1986 attempt. CIA covert efforts financed opposition groups. In 1981, they helped establish the National Front for the Salvation of Libya (NFSL) and its militant wing called the Libyan National Army based in Egypt near Libya's border.

Along with US and UK Special Forces, it was directly involved in instigating insurrection last February. It wasn't homegrown. As in Syria, it was externally generated.

Gaddafi opted out of AFRICOM. It's one of nine global Pentagon commands to control Africa and the Mediterranean Basin, including its strategic energy transit routes and choke points, crucial to keep open for world economies.

All African countries participate except Sudan, Zimbabwe, Ivory Coast, Eritrea, and Libya until now. He also backed an initiative to create a United States of Africa, whereas Washington wants easily exploitable divisions. More on that below.

Besides ranked ninth in the world with 42 billion proved barrels of oil reserves (and large amounts of gas), its untapped potential is believed much greater. Moreover, being nearly sulfur-free, it's even more valued for its extremely high quality. At issue isn't access, it's control over who develops, produces and receives it in what amounts.

In January 2009, Gaddafi wanted to nationalize Libyan oil, but his timetable faced internal resistance. According to's March 25, 2011 article titled, "Reason for war? Gaddafi wanted to nationalise oil," he considered the option because of low oil prices at the time, saying:

"The oil-exporting countries should opt for nationalisation because of the rapid fall in oil prices. We must put the issue on the table and discuss it seriously. Oil should be owned by the State at this time, so we could better control prices by the increase or decrease in production."

In February 2009, he asked for public support to distribute Libya's oil wealth directly to the people. However, senior officials feared losing their jobs "due to a parallel plan by Gaddafi to rid the state of corruption." Possible capital flight was also an issue.

As a result, Libya's Popular Committee voted 468 - 64 to delay nationalization plans, even though a 251 majority viewed doing so as positive.

Note: Gaddafi didn't consider how powerful insiders manipulate all markets up or down for profit, including oil, irrespective of demand. It's brazen fraud but goes on all the time, especially on Wall Street in collusion with Washington.

Libya's Great Man-Made River (GMMR) was developing an ocean-sized aquifer beneath the desert for irrigation, human consumption, and other uses. At 2007 consumption rates, it could last 1,000 years. No wonder Gaddafi calls his Nubian Sandstone Aquifer System (NSAS) the "Eighth Wonder of the World."

At issue, of course, is privatizing it, making water unaffordable for many, including most Libyans. In other words, Western predators want it exploited for maximum profits, not equitable use as a public resource.

Ellen Brown's April 13 article titled, "Libya: All About Oil, or All About Banking?" raised another, easily overlooked, issue. Who controls Libya's money, the lifeblood of every economy? In 1970, Henry Kissinger said, "Control oil and you control nations. Control food and you control people." He left out money, the supreme power to control everything because without it economies collapse.

At issue is public or private control like most nations, including America under Wall Street's owned and operated Federal Reserve.

Under Gaddafi, the Central Bank of Libya was state owned. In other words, it created its own money, the Libyan Dinar, interest free to be used productively for economic growth, not speculation, profits and bonuses for predatory bankers.

However, after Washington's led NATO intervention, the privately controlled Central Bank of Benghazi was established to let Western bankers, not Libyans, run things. Money control indeed appears an important reason for intervening, perhaps most important of all.

On April 24, Manlio Dinucci's Global Research article headlined, "Financial Heist of the Century: Confiscating Libya's Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWF)," saying:

Besides money, oil, gas, water, and other reasons, the "Libyan Investment Authority (LIA) manages" an estimated $70 billion, "rising to more than $150 billion (including) foreign investments of the Central Bank and other bodies. But it might be more."

Confiscation gives US/NATO interests easy money for their own purposes. In fact, besides war, the business of America is grand theft in league with Western partners, Wall Street and other corporate interests.

Gaddafi promoted pan-African unity, a United States of Africa he hoped to lead against Western powers wanting balkanized easily-controlled states.

Libya was central to Africa's independence, including freedom from predatory central banks and international lending agencies, acting as loan sharks of last resort.

He also funded Africa's only communications satellite. In doing so, he saved hundreds of millions of dollars for low-cost incoming and outgoing calls.

In addition, he allocated two-thirds of the $42 billion needed to launch a public African Central Bank (HQ'd in Nigeria), an African Monetary Fund based in Cameroon, and an African Investment Bank HQ'd in Libya.

The Obama administration stole the money and prevented it. If established, it would have provided low-cost (or perhaps interest-free) loans for health, education, and other social projects, as well as vital infrastructure development in participating African states.

Washington and NATO partners destroyed his vision to rape Libya for profit and exploit its people. That imperialism's core element. Gaddafi wanted none of it. As a result, he had to go.

He advocated a new "Gold Standard," replacing dollars with gold dinars. African and Muslim states supported it to provide real monetary wealth and value, free from predatory lending agencies and depreciating fiat currencies.

Washington determined to prevent it to maintain petrodollar recycling and dollar hegemony as the world's reserve currency.

In 1977, Gaddafi transformed the Libyan Republic into the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya - a "state of the masses." In 1979, he established direct participatory democracy, devolving power to tribal leaders. In 1986, Libya became the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.

A revolutionary leader, Gaddafi was a visionary. He wanted Libya's society based on equity, justice and fair distribution of wealth. Nasser said he represented Arab nationalism and unity.

His faults aside, Libyans supported him overwhelmingly. They still do. His spirit drives their revolutionary struggle for freedom. They won't quit until it's achieved.

Libya: NATO's black hole

Despite the smugness and arrogance on the smirking face of David "If I have to pay anything back, then I shall" Cameron, the Libya escapade has been yet another geopolitical disaster for NATO, destroying the credibility of the organization once and for all and rendering its leaders liable for prosecution for war crimes.

The five-letter word Libya will be branded across the forehead of NATO and its military and political leaders for the rest of eternity, since due to the increased powers of communication which come with the internet, out goes the notion that the victor writes the pages of the annals of history.

Libya is a disaster not only for NATO but also for the political leaders of the FUKUS three, the three-pronged assault on human decency provided by France, the UK and (who else?) the US.

For a start, what happened in Libya cannot and must not go unsaid and must constitute the basis for a prosecution of the Organization, the International Criminal Court at The Hague for perversion of justice, and of course the military and political leaders of NATO for war crimes, occasioning murder, instigation to murder, attempted murder, grievous and actual bodily harm, wanton destruction of property (public and private), criminal damage, vandalism, breach of the UN Charter, breach of UN Resolutions 1970 and 1973 (2011) covering the incident, breach of the Geneva Conventions, breach of all the norms in diplomatic custom, customary and international law.

This massive and clear breach of law and violation of human rights could not be more serious or have deeper implications for the legacy of Cameron, Sarkozy and Obama, whose callous and total disrespect for human life and absence of human feelings was so apparent when they refused even to apologise when the grandchildren of Colonel Gaddafi were murdered in a NATO terrorist strike on a private home.

The names David Cameron, Nicolas Sarkozy and Barack Obama could be synonymous with the names of the children their forces murdered in cold blood: child murderers. How would they feel if the same thing happened to their families? Would they sit smirking?

On a less personal level, the political credibility of NATO has once and for all been destroyed, as if after Iraq anyone had any doubts...destroyed to such an extent that the geo-strategic capacity of this evil organization has seen a shift away from its control. After Libya, it is clear what NATO is, and therefore its very existence is an insult to its founding principles, an insult to international law, an insult to human dignity.

NATO, it is clear, is an organization which panders to the whims of the lobbies and cliques which gravitate around the White House, dictating its policy, and, in the words of the White House itself, involving its NATO neighbours to reduce the financial load on the US of A and save the lives of American boys.

In Libya, NATO protected civilians from terrorists by bombing them, unleashed the most horrific elements from the dregs of Libyan society - terrorists, rapists, murderers, looters, arsonists, vandals, torturers - on the citizens of Libya, together with vandals from abroad, flown in from other theatres of war where they had been combating NATO forces. So many were they, and so high were the casualties against the heroic Libyan Armed Forces, that some observers say NATO threw them into Libya on purpose, so that many of them would die, and therefore pose less of a risk to its schemes elsewhere in the future.

Finally, NATO's actions in Libya have sent a very clear message to all that the last thing you do is get rid of your Weapons of Mass Destruction, since this cowardly organization only attacks those who cannot defend themselves and when they do not have the weaponry to reply. That makes the world a much more dangerous place, and for this reason NATO and its leaders have no further part to play in the destiny of Humankind.

Libya was indeed NATO's grave in the hearts and minds of the international community and in future, its "mission creep" policies of lying about its intentions from the outset will ensure that its plans are never approved in the UN Security Council, pushing the world one further step towards the brink of tension and eventual conflict.

NATO is A Terrorist Organization and must be stopped. Now. Therefore in conclusion, whatever the outcome with Muammar al-Qathafi, as NATO exits Libya with its tail between its legs, hated, knowing it cheated...Gaddafi 1 NATO 0. In Libya, NATO lost far more than Gaddafi and Gaddafi, a hero, won more than NATO could ever gain. After all, you do not win a boxing match by having 15 fighters in the ring armed with machine guns and you do not lose by standing up to them for eight months, alone.

Benghazi: Gaddafi Family mausoleum looted by NATO-rebels

Posted on October 31, 2011 by libyanfreepress

Source: Allain Jules October 31, 2011 Aljamahiri news

When at the beginning of the war of predation of western-imposed on the Libyan leaders and a few clowns-racist, I began to identify the Libyans sold as a renegade, a term now taken over the world, some accused me of be excessive. But I had input, the measurement of these criminals.
Over the days, doubt no longer allowed. Those who are autistic and wear blinders are themselves as criminals just as Barack Obama and his European peers. Just rely on the resolution To kill Gaddafi was stamped in the Resolution 1973 for the protection of civilians, although they are killed, massacred by the bombs of the terrorist organization called NATO, especially in Sirte, where we still found a mass grave of 300 bodies.
Libya is in total disrepair. Those who made the revolution in Libya are just thugs, convicted of terrorism, and Islamist thugs supported by NATO. There is therefore no surprise.
To see all of them ransack, steal, loot is logical. But the CNT itself does not serve as an example.
By incinerating the body of Muammar Gaddafi, it inspired those who have defiled the family mausoleum of Gaddafi.
The grave of the mothers guide (photos),it was gutted, and body burned . Is that democracy? A revolution?
Achieving this level of barbarism, it just proves that we have an incurable disease.
Not respecting the dead, because they thought, according to our information that these graves were full of gold, the thieves, enervated, were punished the dead.
It is a world first. The cruelty reached peaks.
Strangely, the defenders of these renegades are silent. But where are they , when we see, for example, the flag of Al Qaeda officially waved on the pediments of Benghazi? This silence proves that Muammar Gaddafi has been the victim of an international conspiracy.
But the West does not retain the lessons of the past. They always create monsters will fight them in the short term. You will see!

UN Report Offers Smoking Gun Proof of NATO and US Lies about Libya

Posted on November 1, 2011 by nsnbc

Here is a type of smoking gun proof that NATO and the U.S. has been operating through a smokescreen of lies, as well as intimidation. Please read the following January 4, 2011 report of the 16th Session of the United Nations General Assembly Human Rights Council, Universal Periodic Review:

Report of the Working Group on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya [Document A/HRC/WG.6/9/L.13]

Before NATO and the U.S. started bombing Libya, the United Nations was preparing to bestow an award on Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, and the Libyan Jamahiriya, for its achievements in the area of human rights. Thats rightthe same man, Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, that NATO and the United States have been telling us for months is a brutal dictator, was set to be given an award for his human rights record in Libya. How strange it is that the United Nations was set to bestow a human rights award on a brutal dictator, at the end of March.

So, I ask a question. Who is this brutal dictator that the United Nations General Assembly Human Rights Council was preparing to bestow an award to, for human rights, sometime at the end of March? So, they would have us believe that they knew that he was a brutal dictator, yet decided to give him an award for human rights?! Astounding! Astounding the lies that were being told by the media, NATO and the U.S. government. Absolutely astounding! Not surprising, but astounding! But more astounding still, is the fact that, time after time after time, much of the American publicwithout questioningbelieves every single word that comes from the news media.

It is noteworthy to read the following couple of sentences from the General Assemblys report:

Several delegations also noted with appreciation the countrys commitment to upholding human rights on the ground. Additional statements, which could not be delivered during the interactive dialogue, owing to time constraints, will be posted on the extranet of the universal periodic review when available.

In a footnote of that report, there is a list of countries that praised Colonel Gaddafi and the Libyan Jamahiriya (state of the masses), in support of the General Assembly Human Rights Councils decision to bestow this award upon Colonel Gaddafi.I simply present the list. The reader can look at the list and make his or her own judgement regarding the credibility level, or perceived credibility level, of any of the particular countries listed:

Denmark, China, Italy, The Netherlands, Mauritania, Slovenia, Nicaragua, The Russian Federation, Spain, Indonesia, Sweden, Norway, Ecuador, Hungary, South Africa, The Phillippines, Maldives, Chile, Singapore, Germany, Australia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Angola, Nigeria, Congo, Burundi, Zambia, Rwanda, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Cote dIvoire, Djibouti, Zimbabwe.

If you have been paying any attention to the news, you will note that a few of the above-listed countries suddenly made an about-face, and decided to start supporting NATO and the U.S. in their war of aggression. Why? Why else!? Money. Thats always the bottom line, and theres no doubt that it will all be exposed, at some time in the future, just as was exposed the lies that the U.S. government told its citizens, and the world, about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. And those same countries were just about to bestow an award on Colonel Gaddafi, for human rights, after having carefully studied Libyan society. So, whats this about the brutal dictator? Its what my big brother would call it: CHEWED UP GRASS [Bullshit!! For the delicate amongst you, pardon my colorful language].

Al Qaeda Plants Its Flag In Libya
Posted: 2011/11/01
From: Mathaba
Both the rebel flag and the flag of al Qaeda are atop Benghazi's courthouse.
By Sherif Elhelwa
Edited by Mathaba

It was at the courthouse in Benghazi where the first signs of what turned out to be a planned Western war against Libya became visible. And it was there that the NATO-rebel forces established their National Transitional Council and media center from which they told foreign journalists about their "fight for freedom".

But according to multiple eyewitnesses -- myself included -- one can now see both the Libyan rebel flag and the flag of al Qaeda fluttering atop Benghazi's courthouse.

According to one Benghazi resident, Islamists driving brand-new SUVs and waving the black al Qaeda flag drive the city's streets at night shouting, "Islamiya, Islamiya! No East, nor West," a reference to previous worries that the country would be bifurcated between the NATO-rebels in parts of the east and the free Jamahiriya supporters in the west and the other parts of Libya.

Earlier this week, I went to the Benghazi courthouse and confirmed the rumors: an al Qaeda flag was clearly visible; its Arabic script declaring that "there is no God but Allah" and a full moon underneath. When I tried to take pictures, a Salafi-looking guard, wearing a green camouflage outfit, rushed towards me and demanded to know what I was doing. My response was straightforward: I was taking a picture of the flag. He gave me an intimidating look and hissed, "Whomever speaks ill of this flag, we will cut off his tongue. I recommend that you don't publish these. You will bring trouble to yourself."

He followed me inside the courthouse, but luckily my driver Khaled was close by, and interceded on my behalf. According to Khaled, the guard had angrily threatened to harm me. When I again engaged him in conversation, he told me "this flag is the true flag of Islam," and was unresponsive when I argued with him that historically Islam has never been represented by a single flag. The guard claimed repeatedly that there is no al Qaeda in Libya, and that the flag flying atop the courthouse is "dark black," while the al Qaeda flag is charcoal black. To many locals, it's a distinction without a difference. One man approached me with a friendly warning: "I recommend that you leave now; [the Islamist fighters] could be watching you."

But none of this should be surprising. In Tripoli, Abdelhakim Belhaj, a well-known al Qaeda fighter and founder of the notorious Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), is now leading the rebel "military council" in Tripoli. A few weeks ago, Belhaj ordered his fighters to take command of the Tripoli airport. A few days later, Belhaj gave a speech emphasizing that his actions had the blessings of Libyas National Transitional Council (NTC).

According to a Libyan who didn't want to be named, a special military group inside the NTC is calling on Salafi fighters with military backgrounds to join a special group fighting in the rebellion. "There will be special benefits if you join whether you die in battle, or when you return home," including monthly salaries. (One NTC source told me that Belhaj's fighters are the only rebel fighters who receive a monthly salary.)

In a recent speech Moustafa Abdeljalil, the head of the rebels' NTC, declared the country an "Islamic state, and sharia law is the source of all our laws." It was indeed an odd declaration for a "leader", leading many to wonder: Who are Abdeljalil and the NTC trying to appease?

It isn't uncommon to discover rebels with radical backgrounds. In an off-the-record interview, one NTC member spoke casually of his past, explaining that the Libyan government blacklisted him from the country for his ties to LIFG. He told me of his close association with Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman, the infamous "blind cleric" jailed for his involvement in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, who he helped ferry across the borders of Pakistan and Afghanistan during the mujahedeen fight against the Soviet Union. So it will surprise few that the ones who attempt to replace a so-called dicatorship with a real dictatorship assorted radicals, jihadists, Salafists and LIFG veterans.

NATO War Crimes: Depleted Uranium found in Libya by scientists

by Mahdi Darius Nazemroaya

In April 2011, a US Air Force Spokeswoman denied rumors that DU-loaded ammunition was being fired in Libya, but preferred not "to speculate on what may or may not be used in the future." The future is now. The use of DU in Libya has been certified by a group of independent scientists on the spot, as reported by Mahdi Darius Nazemroaya. It can now be added to the list of criminal acts perpetrated by NATO allegedly to protect the civilian population.

War crimes and crimes against humanity have been and continue to be committed in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya by NATO. Amongst these crimes, the Atlantic Alliance has been using depleted uranium against Libya, specifically civilians and civilian infrastructure.

Bombed sites in Libya have been visited by professional scientists working in the Surveying and Collecting Specimens and Laboratory Measuring Group. The scientists and trained experts have conducted field surveys looking for radioactive isotopes (radioisotopes) at bombed sites. The samples from these sites were then scientifically analyzed at the laboratories of the Nuclear Energy Institution of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.

Analysis in Libya through inductively coupled plasma has shown that several sites contain even higher than expected doses of uranium. Holes caused by NATO missiles also have high radioactive measurements, as do the fragments of NATO ordnance. Sites analyzed by the teams of scientists include Bab Al-Azizia and Souk Al-Ahad.

The teams of scientists have found it hard to conduct their important work during the NATO bombings. They have put their health in jeopardy and their lives at risk. Moreover, many of these sites have been bombed numerous times and again on different days. This adds an extra dimension of danger for the teams.

The U.S. and NATO are using dirty bombs in Libya. These are the countries that claim that Iran and Syria are attempting to make nuclear weapons. So far, however, it is these very same countries that are the ones that use weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and use nuclear technology in an irresponsible and criminal manner. An international war crimes tribunal is in order. The Obama Administration, Nicolas Sarkozy, David Cameron, and NATO cannot be allowed to stand with impunity.

Gaddafis Female Bodyguards Murdered
Posted on November 5, 2011 by libyanfreepress

When Gaddafi fled, his female bodyguards ("The Revolutionary Nuns" or "Amazonian Guard") also disbanded, but still many of them were tracked down.

According to information organized by a Middle Eastern website, the first fled with her boyfriend but was caught by the opposition and shot dead, the two of them dying together.

The second was identified despite her makeup/disguise and was beaten to death.

The third was kidnapped by the oppositions soldiers, viciously tortured and gang-raped for days before being strangled to death with the words the fate for Gaddafis whores beside her, her body rotting when discovered.

The law case of the century: Indictment against NATO military and political leaders
The law case of the century: Indictment against NATO military and political leaders
NATO: Indictment for breach of international law in the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya. The military and political leaders of NATO are hereby accused of the following crimes committed in the Libyan campaign of 2011, in which the systematic breaches of international law are underlined.
Understanding that international law exists and that it is systematically broken by certain powers with impunity, understanding that such a situation is unacceptable and that the same set of laws should apply to all, equally, with the same sets of weights and measures employed in upholding it, I hereby accuse NATO and the below-mentioned individuals, party to its acts in the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya from February to September (ongoing) 2011, of breach of international law;
1. Accusation: NATO war crimes, crimes against humanity, breach of UN Charter, Breach of UNSC Resolutions, breach of Geneva Conventions, occasioning murder, attempted murder, actions occasioning grievous and actual bodily harm, destruction of private and public property.
2. Accused:
Anders Fogh Rasmussen (Denmark) NATO Secretary-General; Charles Bouchard (Canada), Commander of Operations; Nicolas Sarkozy, Édouard Guillaud (France); Rinaldo Veri, Commander Allied Maritime Command (Italy); David Cameron, Sir Stuart Peach (UK); Barack Obama, Carter Ham, Sam Locklear (USA); Harald Sunde (Norway), Abdullah II (Jordan); Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani (Qatar), Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan (UAE); Sverker Goranson (Sweden) and the Defence Ministers Pieter de Crem (Belgium), Anuy Angelov (Bulgaria), Gitte Lillelund Bech (Denmark); Panos Beglitis (Greece); Hans Hillen (Netherlands); Gabriel Oprea (Romania);Carme Chacón Piqueras (Spain); Ismet Yilmaz (Turkey), Liam Fox (UK), Ignazio La Russa (Italy), Gérard Longuet (France).
William Hague (UK), Hillary Clinton (USA) (?)
3. Law and breaches:
3.1 Proper procedure was not followed: Under the UN Charter, any military action which comes outside a UNSC Resolution in any theatre of conflict must necessarily come from a separate Resolution in the UNSC and any military action must come after the Military Council is convened. This was not the case under UNSC Resolutions 1970 and 1973 (2011) covering the Libyan conflict.
Why did NATO not convene the Military Staff Committee of the UNSC? Under the UN Charter, Chapter VII, Article 46: "Plans for the application of armed force shall be made by the Security Council with the assistance of the Military Staff Committee". Such committee was never convened.
This is a violation of the UN Charter rendering Resolutions 1970 and 1973 (2011) void; There is also evidence that such Resolutions were passed on the evidence from a false flag event. The supposed crimes committed by the Libyan authorities have been hotly contested and must be investigated;
3.2 Intervention in domestic affairs of a sovereign state: UNSC Resolution 2131 (XX) of 21 December 1965, containing the Declaration on the Inadmissibility of Intervention in the Domestic Affairs of States was backed up by Resolutions 31/91 of 14 December 1976, 32/153 of 19 December 1977, 33/74 of 15 December 1978, 34/101 of 14 December 1979 and 35/159 of 12 December 1980 on non-interference in the internal affairs of States.
3.3 Bombardment of undefended buildings and structures: Article 3 of the Statute of The Hague International Penal Court which states clearly that one criterion for indictment for war crimes is:
"Attack or bombardment, by whatever means, against undefended cities, towns, villages, buildings or houses".
Another clause of the same Article 3 could also be invoked:
"Massive destruction of cities, towns or villages or destruction not justified by military necessity".
The attack on Libya's water supply network on Friday July 22 and the attack on the factory making pipes for the supply system on Saturday July 23 in al-Brega were not covered under "military necessity" in which case, under Article 3, this was an act of wanton destruction of civilian structures with military hardware. This renders NATO liable for trial by its own court, the ICC at The Hague;
3.4 Support for outlawed organizations and individuals. Despite this admission: cribed-groups?view=Binary ...
There is evidence that armed groups fighting inside Libya include the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) which according to the British Government: "The LIFG seeks to replace the current Libyan regime with a hard-line Islamic state. The group is also part of the wider global Islamist extremist movement, as inspired by Al Qa'ida. The group has mounted several operations inside Libya, including a 1996 attempt to assassinate Mu'ammar Qadhafi" and for which reason is on the Home Office list of proscribed terrorist groups, despite this, the UK aided and abetted the said group;
3.5 Failure to apply international law: Under the UN Charter, Chapter VI, Article 33, member states must "seek a solution by negotiation, enquiry, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, judicial settlement, resort to regional agencies or arrangements, or other peaceful means of their own choice".
3.6 The Jamahiriya Government of Libya had the right to defend itself without being attacked: Chapter VII, Article 51 refers to the right of States to defend themselves against armed insurgency:
"Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security. Measures taken by Members in the exercise of this right of self-defence shall be immediately reported to the Security Council and shall not in any way affect the authority and responsibility of the Security Council under the present Charter to take at any time such action as it deems necessary in order to maintain or restore international peace and security";
3.6 Mercenaries: UNSC Resolution 1973 (2011), in its Chapter on Protection of Civilians, in paragraph 4. states:
"4. Authorizes Member States that have notified the Secretary-General, acting nationally or through regional organizations or arrangements, and acting in cooperation with the Secretary-General, to take all necessary measures, notwithstanding paragraph 9 of resolution 1970 (2011), to protect civilians and civilian populated areas under threat of attack in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, including Benghazi, while excluding a foreign occupation force of any form on any part of Libyan territory, and requests the Member States concerned to inform the Secretary-General immediately of the measures they take pursuant to the authorization conferred by this paragraph which shall be immediately reported to the Security Council;
There have been numerous reports of mercenaries being used by NATO and the rebels it supported; French Foreign Legion, Egyptians, Qataris, UAE forces, among others;
3.7 Boots on the ground: UNSC Resolution 1970 (2011) Paragraph 16:
"16. Deplores the continuing flows of mercenaries into the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and calls upon all Member States to comply strictly with their obligations under paragraph 9 of resolution 1970 (2011) to prevent the provision of armed mercenary personnel to the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya;".
If David Cameron has admitted that UK special services have assisted the terrorists on the ground, this is against the UN mandate which allowed NATO to intervene in Libya, and is a war crime.
A request has been sent (August 30) to the British FCO and Ministry of Defence to confirm or deny that troops have been used in the theatre of operations; no reply has been forthcoming;
3.8 Non-enforcement of UN Resolution, and violation of international law, by transporting rebel forces to enter the theatre of operations:
UNSC Resolution 1970 (2011):
In the Chapter on Enforcement of the arms embargo, Paragraph 13 of the same states:
"13. Decides that paragraph 11 of resolution 1970 (2011) shall be replaced by the following paragraph : "Calls upon all Member States, in particular States of the region, acting nationally or through regional organisations or arrangements, in order to ensure strict implementation of the arms embargo established by paragraphs 9 and 10 of resolution 1970 (2011), to inspect in their territory, including seaports and airports, and on the high seas, vessels and aircraft bound to or from the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, if the State concerned has information that provides reasonable grounds to believe that the cargo contains items the supply, sale, transfer or export of which is prohibited by paragraphs 9 or 10 of Resolution 1970 (2011) as modified by this resolution, including the provision of armed mercenary personnel, calls upon all flag States of such vessels and aircraft to cooperate with such inspections and authorises Member States to use all measures commensurate to the specific circumstances to carry out such inspections";
In violation of this: supply of French Milan anti-tank missiles, Swedish Carl Gustav 84mm rifles, 68mm rockets and mortars and Maadi assault rifles from Egypt; this, in addition to the British, French and Italian military advisors helping the terrorists.
3.9 Violation of Geneva Conventions:   NATO and the Transitional National Council have given the people of Sirte ten days to surrender or face a full military onslaught. This is not a cease-fire. While they await their fate, they will still be subject to artillery fire and NATO bombing, and food, water and electricity have already been cut off.
These siege tactics have been outlawed by the Geneva Conventions. In particular, Article 14 of the second Protocol to the Geneva Conventions states, "Starvation of civilians as a method of combat is prohibited. It is therefore prohibited to attack, destroy, remove or render useless for that purpose objects indispensable to the survival of the civilian population such as food-stuffs, agricultural areas for the production of food-stuffs, crops, livestock, drinking water installations, and supplies and irrigation works."
The 4th Geneva Convention prohibits all forms of attacks on civilians and the collective punishment of civilian populations, so virtually everything that the combined TNC-NATO forces are doing to the people of Sirte is strictly illegal and in fact criminal.
4. Sample Crimes:
13 May 2011: The murder of 11 Muslim Imams in Brega.
30 April 2011: The bombing of the Downs Syndrome School in Tripoli
30 April 2011: The bombing of a Gaddafi residence, murdering Saif Gaddafi, his friend and 3 Gaddafi children, the grandchildren of Muammar al-Qathafi
12 June 2011: The bombing of the University of Tripoli. Death toll not yet established.
22 July 2011: The bombing of the Great Man made Waterway irrigation system, which supplies most Libyans with their drinking water.
23 July 2011: The bombing of the factory which makes the pipes for the water system, and the murder of 6 of its employees.
8th August 2011: The bombing of the Hospital at Zliten. Resulting in the murder of a minimum, of 50 human beings, many of them children. The bombing of hospitals is against all international laws, and a most grievous crime.
9 August 2011: The bombing of the village of Majer, resulting in the murder of 85 civilians. 33 Children, 32 women and 20 men.
The persistent on-going bombing of the civilian population in Zliten and Tripoli, death toll not yet established.
5. Further documentary evidence of the crimes.

NATO defeated in Libya

While they can pretend all they want, NATO lost the war against Libya. The stated purpose of NATO's mission according to the UN Resolutions was to "protect civilians." A huge farce, they coined the ridiculous term R2P, right to "protect." On that count, NATO is a failure, a total and complete disaster

It is estimated that at least 100,000 Libyans have been murdered both by NATO bombings and by actions of the terrorists and mercenaries that NATO has dumped into the country. NATO used dirty weapons, depleted uranium, cluster bombs, white phosphorous and fuel air bombs...horrid anti-human weapons of mass murder.

NATO's Rasmussen, in an arrogant, smug statement called the Libya operation which killed thousands of civillians 'one of the most successful in NATO history.' When they make the claim the mission was to protect civilians, it is unfathomable for him or anyone to say that they were "successful." Rasmussen and all the other criminals of NATO are shameless.

Their true mission was to stage a coup against Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, which is why there is all the crowing about a "victory" and "success."

NATO is so very concerned about civilians that their use of depleted uranium has deposited into the Libyan atmosphere radiation of unknown magnitude. By comparison, the radiation in Iraq they are responsible for equals 250,000 Nagasaki bombs.

It is time for the citizens of the world to wake up and see what's being done in their name. Would they approve their government arming and supporting terrorists who are listed on government terrorist lists? Supporting and arming al Qaeda? Making it possible for many weapons from Libya to fall into the hands of al Qaeda so that now they are listed as one of the most well equipped armies in the world?

Will there be tears and gnashing of teeth when one of those shoulder fired missles shoots down a civilian airliner? Is your government "fighting terrorism" or is it enabling terrorism and causing it to strengthen, increase and grow in unprecedented proportions? Is your government installing a gaggle of terrorists as a "government"? How does that work?

NATO has exposed itself for what it really is. It is a cold blooded killing machine, a terrorist organization steeped in the filth of its own lies and pretentions.

NATO was morally defeated by the truth. The ideas of Gaddafi are now spreading worldwide where before they were unknown. NATO will be militarily defeated by the freedom resistance forces of Libya, by people who refuse to give up their way of life and the country of their heritage, a great and proud heritage.

Popularly elected Alexander Lukashenko noted that while he is constantly being referred to improperly as the "last dictator of Europe" no one elected the charlatan murderous criminals of the EU. They appointed themselves.

Elections in the west are a farce, only the rich who have been approved by the elites can hope to be "elected." With "hanging chards" the results are manipulated from beginning to end.

On the other hand, the Libyan Jamahiriya cannot be defeated because it's the democratic will of the people, not some single leader. People's committees regularly make the decisions. NATO's so-called act of decapitation has only resulted in the people reorganizing their collective will.

The act of decapitation exists only in the dreams, will and fantasy of the western scum. The Libyan people, united against NATO and its terrorists cannot be defeated. There is no love for that scurvy that has turned the country into a hell on earth, one where any turning the corner might lead to death, torture, mutilation, rape, robbery. Women cannot go out of the house, they are not safe in the house, nor are children. Being black is a death sentence.

So if their purpose was to decapitate Libya, again, NATO has failed miserably. With this history of abject failure, NATO creeps into position to move against their next victims: Syria and Iran. Who is going to stop them and call them to account for their many crimes?

Stolen money stolen again: mercenary-rat Mahdi al-Harati & his thieves story
Posted on November 9, 2011 by libyanfreepress

BATTLEZONE: Mahdi al-Harati helped to lead the assault on Tripoli which ultimately resulted in the fall of Sirte.

From the Irish newspaper Sundayworld, Wednesday, 9 Nov 2011

A GANG of Irish traveller thieves are in the middle of a holy war after liberating 200,000 cash destined for Libyan rebels. In a tale worthy of the John le Carre thriller Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, the scam artists from Rathkeale in Co Limerick hit the jackpot when they robbed a home in Dublins Firhouse.

As well as a haul of family jewels, they stumbled upon 200,000 in 500 bills hidden in the hot press. But the homeowner was well-known Irish Libyan freedom fighter Mahdi al-Harati, who was one of the leaders of the bloody revolt against Gaddafi.

He has told cops that the cash was a gift from US secret agents to aid the war effort in Libya. Now the money trail has led to the traveller strongholds in Rathkeale, where 500 notes have been popping up all over the place.

A gang of rogue Irish travellers is in the frame for the bizarre robbery of 200,000 in cash donated by US spies to Libyan freedom fighters. In an astonishing tale worthy of the John le Carre novel Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, the cash that was destined for rebels fighting Colonel Gaddafis forces was stolen from a hot press in a Dublin house.

Gardai are now investigating the extraordinary robbery which is being blamed on a traveller gang from the Limerick town of Rathkeale. An Irish freedom fighter who helped bring down Gaddafis hated regime in Libya has claimed that 200,000 cash stolen from his Dublin home was given to him by an American intelligence agency.

The Sunday World can reveal that gardai are investigating the robbery of two envelopes containing 200,000 in 500 notes from the home of Mahdi al-Harati in Firhouse, south Dublin, and that the money trail is leading to the Rathkealers. Al-Harati was in Libya following the successful campaign that toppled Gaddafi when the rebels house was broken into on October 6.

BATTLEZONE: Mahdi al-Harati helped to lead the assault on Tripoli which ultimately resulted in the fall of Sirte.

(more picture of mercenary Mahdi al-Harati here:

His Irish wife, Eftaima al-Najar, received a phone call from a local school informing her that one of her four children had a badly injured leg and had been taken to Tallaght Hospital. Eftaima spent a number of hours in the Accident and Emergency department and when she returned home and opened the front door, she realised the house had been broken into. Her house had been ransacked and a substantial amount of expensive Libyan and Egyptian jewellery had been taken from the couples bedroom.

The hot press had also been emptied and she immediately phoned gardai at Tallaght Garda station and reported the robbery. When detectives arrived at the scene, Eftaima told them that her husband had left a substantial amount of cash with her before he went to Libya. She said she had hid the money in the hot press in two envelopes and estimated that they contained 200,000.

Astonished officers made contact with Mahdi al-Harati who told them that he had travelled to France, the United States and Qatar the previous month and that representatives of an American intelligence agency had given him a significant amount of money to help in the efforts to defeat Gaddafi. He said he left two envelopes with his wife in case he was killed and took the rest of the cash with him when he went back to Libya.

The couple had no comment to make when the Sunday World called to their home last week. Al-Harati led the main rebel advance that captured Tripoli on August 21, a move regarded as being the beginning of the end for Gaddafi. He was appointed deputy leader of Tripolis military council, a group which had the aim of merging all rebel units into one coherent national army.

Just days after the robbery in his home, al-Harati resigned from the council and returned to Dublin and has since been formally interviewed by gardai. Astonished detectives have launched a major probe into the daring robbery and issued an alert to all banks to be on the lookout for 500 notes, which are extremely rare in Ireland but would be relatively common in other European countries.

Officers were then stunned when it emerged that members of a well-known traveller gang from the well-known town of Rathkeale in Limerick had lodged a number of 500 bills into their bank accounts. The gang are known to have carried out dozens of burglaries of houses across south Dublin in recent months.

Gardai believe the gang happened upon the home of al-Harati and his wife by chance and had no idea of the massive cash windfall they would find when they broke in. The garda probe into the robbery is ongoing and officers are confident that they will make arrests in the case.

A number of rogue traveller gangs operate out of the small Co Limerick town which has become famous for the annual homecoming. Every Christmas the high rollers return from dubious trading jaunts around Europe in fleets of brand new cars worth hundreds of millions. They stay for several weeks for a legendary wedding season before heading out on the road in the new year. Al-Harati and his wife are cooperating fully with the investigation. The 37-year-old teaches Arabic in Dublin. He came to Ireland over two decades ago and met his Irish-born wife here. Her father was born in Libya and her mother is Irish. She changed her name and religion when the couple met.

Libya Today

After the criminal and inhumane terrorist attack by NATO and the gangs of bandits, rapists, murderers, looters, arsonists, terrorists and torturers it unleashed against the people of Libya, what is the truth today? We examine the stories coming out of Libya, whose people certainly do not want this scourge thrust upon them as a Government.

For a start, what "dictator" educates his people for free, sends them to Universities abroad, including in the countries which were endemically hostile to the Jamahiriya system of Government (direct rule by people's communities), what dictator houses his people for free, what dictator gives them free healthcare, what dictator gives them 50% of the price of their first car, what dictator distributes the country's wealth directly into his people's bank accounts (in so doing annoying those who made a pretty penny through corruption and who then sided with NATO against Colonel Gaddafi)?

NATO has now fled with its tail between its legs, knowing it broke every rule in the book in Libya, knowing it breached the terms of its mandate, knowing it breached UNSC Resolutions, knowing it breached the UN Charter, knowing it breached the terms of the Geneva Conventions. NATO committed terrorist acts in Libya strafing civilian structures with military hardware, attacking water supplies, the factories which made pipes to repair them, bombing the electricity grid, interfering in communications, bombing schools, healthcare centers and hospitals.

The result is a massive indictment of NATO and its leaders for war crimes*, the result is a de facto defeat of NATO (for it was not able to achieve its goals by following the rules of engagement - you do not win a soccer match by strafing the opponents with machine guns and grenades and then packing the field with 50 players).

The result is that the tribes reject pleas from the Al-Qaeda, Salafist and Shiite fundamentalists which constitute the rats and the result is that the rats (terrorists supported by NATO - for those who claim otherwise, check their horrendous acts of cruelty throughout the campaign)   do not enter Libya south of the coast. The Tuareg consider the rats as enemies, the Warfallah tribe considers the rats as enemies.

And what about the situation on the ground? While the rats deny it, Tajoura, Tarhouna and Bani Walid are under Green (Jamahiriya) control, because the people want to live in the Jamahiriya system and do not want to be controlled by gangs of terrorists and their foreign masters who wish to siphon off Libya's oil. Rat graffiti is being replaced with Green walls.

The rats are showing clear signs that they are about to start a massive firefight amongst themselves. Benghazi wants to be independent from Tripoli, Misratah wants to become independent from Tripoli, Derna wants to be independent from Tripoli, Misrata brigades are now speaking about attacking Tripoli.

Meanwhile southern Libya is Green (pro-Jamahiriya and anti-rats) and the population is resolute to rid the country of traitors, terrorists and criminals who sold out to NATO so that the FUKUS countries (France, UK and US) could steal the country's sovereign funds and its massive resources.

God writes the history book, never Satan.

NATO stole the Treasures of Benghazi in March but we find out now
11.11.2011 12:16 AM

The most priceless Libyan Treasures were the first few bounty of war for NATO, thousands of priceless silver and gold coins have been robbed by NATO in march, but no one was informed until now.

The treasures were stolen from bank of Benghazi only weeks after NATO forces entered the city and has been regarded as a "disaster" by the chief of UNESCO (United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization) who were the first to get informed.

NATO member states did the same in Iraq and Afghanistan where priceless treasures were plundered by the occupying forces, the same is being repeated in Libya.

The apocalypse will come in the beginning of 2012

Two nuclear powers, Israel and the United States of America, will strike on Iran by twenty nuclear missiles. Forty American cities will be destroyed by the Chinese nuclear missiles after fifteen minutes. The Russian Federation will be compelled to support China...

The USA's black president will make a dirty deed. The ancient bible prophecy about the black imperator will be executed thus.

International Justice Group "Action Liberte 20" writes to Luis Moreno Ocampo
Posted: 2011/11/14
From: Mathaba
Letter from Action Liberte' 20 to the Chief Prosecutor of International Criminal Court on the NATO war crimes in Libya, asking him to resign in June 2012.
International Justice and Liberty Advocacy group Action Liberte' 20 is calling on Luis Moreno Ocampo, Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, to resign from his job by June 2012 when his term expires.   Below is the letter which was sent to his office on November 6, followed by more than 640 telephone calls to his office on November 7 and 8.
To the Chief Prosecutor of International Criminal Court
International Penal Tribunal Prosecutor
Hollande Hague
Mr. Prosecutor,
We have received a copy of your request to the President of the Court regarding the investigation of war crimes in Libya. At first we welcomed your initiative. But after reading your request, it became totally clear that it is a biased request which actually violates the law. You and I both know that the law only has value through the rigorous application of facts and subjects which the law is supposed to protect or to prohibit. In this case the facts that support your law enforcement seem to be based on allegations of a tainted personal revenge or motivated by a desire to place yourself in a better light.
Your advocacy shows a determination to arrest Saif Al Islam Qadhafi and Abdullah al-Senussi because they are accused of being the perpetrators of crimes against humanity, even though the facts easily make clear that they are the ones who have been attacked and got hurt by the barbaric assassination of family members and the destruction of their sovereign country.
The evidence of these crimes is available everywhere on the internet, which crimes are the same as the ones these people (Saif Al Islam Qadhafi and Abdullah al-Senussi) were accused of in order to authorize the war on Libya. A basic principal of the law called Parallellism of Forms should have been applied in this case. Common sense would ask you to start your search on the crimes committed by the army that attacked instead of seeking to blame individuals for crimes without evidence. You yourself even said in your request that if those two people (Saif Al Islam Qadhafi and Abdullah al-Senussi) will be found not guilty, they can return to Libya.
What is also strange in your request: nowhere appear the names of those people who have played a key role in the war on Libya by allowing their military coalition to commit crimes against humanity in a more horrific way than those committed by the army of Adolph Hitler during World War II. These people are known, as there are Sarkozy, Obama and Cameron. Even if you pretend you want to talk about the heinous crimes committed by the North Atlantic Terrorist Organisation (NATO) which invasion of Libya was not based on any legal ground since it is not the army of the United Nations, we do not feel your willingness to start a legal case against these indivuduals and/or entities.
Based on the above remarks we believe your request is guided by a personal agenda which does not correspond with your mission to enforce the law.
Therefore we, People of the World united in Action Freedom 20, call on all governments of the world that deeply respect human life to ask you to resign from the court because you are no longer serving the law.
Abass Bamba
Chairman of Action Liberte 20
USA, November 6, 2011
P.S.: A request in the form of a petition asking for the arrest of the real criminals has been launched and the results will be available soon.
