NATO bombing from helicopters Tawareg villages

Dirty NATO crimes

by Konstantyn Scheglikov

These days, NATO bombed and shot from helicopters over the city of Gath: NATO has lied and did not leave Libya. Gat is a Tuareg village and a town in southwestern Libya.

In this Tawareg city, near border of Algeria, can be Tawareg children an women.

… This is not the first time for NATO to destroy homes and kill children and women in Libya, then men fight against traitors and occupants from this terroristic organisation. In this way NATO tried to scare Libyans, to force them to surrender. All time NATO kill people because they want to scare people and make them slaves.

Now in Libya it is the same: they created hate and rage only: no one murders will never   be forgotten.

Libyan rebels: Algeria to explode next

16.11.2011

The leaders of the Libyan rebels predict that Algeria will explode after Libya. Among them is the well-known activist of the PNS Bin Khalifa. According to him, "Algeria will explode next. I am convinced that the revolutionary process is already ongoing there. Algeria is a claustrophobic state, totally under the control of the army. The army will not give up power voluntarily. Even President Abdelaziz Bouteflika is no more than a puppet in the hands of the military. "

Such statements could have been disregarded if they were unique. However, the Algerian leadership is preparing for the worst because on November 4 news agency algeria-isp.com has distributed a concerning video. The video shows a representative of a rebels' leader promising to overthrow the government of Algeria for the support of Gaddafi and declares his readiness to launch attacks on the neighboring countries as early as this November.

According to the publication Seven Days News, in Algeria these threats were taken very seriously. According to Algerian reporters in Tripoli, the situation in Libya is now controlled by the extremists, including Islamist groups that have old disagreements with the leadership of the neighboring countries for the defeat in 1990s.

Earlier, the opponents complained that it was Algeria's support that allowed Gaddafi to continue the fight. A special fury of the rebels was caused by the fact that Bouteflika hid Gaddafi's closest relatives on his territory, explaining his actions by a desire to save these people from imminent physical harm to them.

In turn, in August the leaders of Libyan rebel groups made statements about the beginning of a war against Algeria. Then the Islamists carried out a double bombing at the military academy in Cherchell, stating that it was their revenge to the Algerian leadership for the "Libyan intrigues."

Meanwhile, on September 23 Algeria, according to some experts, recognized PNS de facto and expressed the intention to "work closely" with it. Later, other no less expressive gestures towards the new Libyan authorities were made. In practice there could have been no turning 180 degrees in their relationship since PNS does not control the situation in the country.

In addition, the relations between Algeria and Libyan factions during this period have only worsened. Interestingly, the strong statements of the Libyan Islamists largely coincide with corresponding reproaches of the West. Western diplomats, including French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe, are tirelessly expressing concern over Algeria's support of Gaddafi's regime that, according to Western media included, inter alia, arms.

This theory was immediately picked up by a prominent representative of the PNS Omar Hariri who stated that the weapons were "received in Libya and used against our people."

The Algerian side denies this and points out that the first threat is the weapons stolen in Libya. According to the Algerian minister of Maghreb and Africa Affairs Abdelkader Messahel, nearly all terrorist attacks perpetrated in recent months in his country were performed using the "Libyan Arms."
Algeria is a major obstacle to the ambitious plans of the Islamists. Since 1992 it has been in the forefront of combating terrorism in North Africa. Over the past 20 years this country has proven its ability to withstand such challenges.

But now the situation has changed markedly. We should not think that terrorists are the only ones who act against Algeria. Perhaps combined impact tactics can be applied for this country.

Think back to the attempt to organize mass demonstrations on September 17. There were calls for Algerians to arrange "the Algerian Revolution" published on the Internet. Interior Minister Ould Kablia accused the "foreign forces associated with the Zionist entity" of trying to destabilize the country.

It is noteworthy that the so-called opposition was not stopped by the fact that on September 12 the government of Algeria declared the launch of the political reforms promised back in April. Among them was ending the state monopoly on broadcast media, the abolition of criminal penalties for professional mistakes of journalists and introduction of a new law on the legalization of political parties and their activities.

ANDR President Abdelaziz Bouteflika was forced to implement them after the mass performances of Algerians in February. The radical opposition will not accept them, and indicates that this is a vain attempt to delay the arrival of "Arab spring" to Algeria.

However, so far the Algerians who are still hoping for the ability of the authorities to carry out reforms did not support these calls. Despite separate demonstrations, nothing serious happened on September 17 in Algeria. However, there is no confidence that this is not possible in the future. The first attempt of "revolution on Facebook" conceived in Syria for mid-February has also failed. But then we have seen riots in Dera'a, Deir al-Zure, Hama, Lattakia, Homs, and so on.

The more so that there are serious grounds for mass popular discontent in Algeria, and so far there has been no progress in resolving the internal crisis. Algeria has more than enough weak spots in this respect. There is also a common weak point with Libya, including outstanding national issue (Berber Kabyle).

In addition, in terms of a number of positions Algeria looks even more vulnerable than Libya. At least, Algerians could not even dream of the social guarantees provided by the Libyan regime of Gaddafi. The Algerian population is wondering increasingly more often: where did the enormous proceeds from the sale of oil and gas go, and how the authorities are going to spend 160 billion dollars they took from the country to foreign banks?

Africa? Where is Africa?

21.11.2011

Correct, we might well ask because Africa is apparently invisible and has certainly been inaudible, looking on cowering in fear as a new wave of neo-colonialism is launched against her shores, by the same demons who sold Africans into slavery and stole her resources. As Mother Africa is raped, her sons look on like voyeurs.

Those of us who have worked hard behind the scenes telling the world about the real intentions of NATO, telling the world that there is a grand scheme and a pattern which began with Afghanistan not in 2001 after 9/11 but back in the 1990s when Mullah Omar refused to take a bribe from the USA giving US energy companies transportation rights of the fuel resources from Central Asia across his country. It continued with Iraq, the last piece in the puzzle securing Iran's western frontier for invasion.

For those who have any doubts at all, then google up Iran and US bases and tell me the Islamic Republic is not surrounded both on land and by sea. Tunisia and Egypt set the scene in preparation for Libya, as I said in this column and then, as Mother Africa was gang-raped by among the worst demonic scourge this planet has ever seen, what did Africa's sons do? Absolutely nothing at all.

One or two of them went through the token motions of trying to appear interested, most of them shrugged their shoulders, asked "what can we do?" and then reiterated the soundbites spoon-fed to them by their western masters. One of them stood up and fought like a hero, and his name is Muammar al-Qathafi.

What a disgusting comment on Africa's leaders, collectively a bunch of useless, vapid, sniveling cowards, fat porcine creatures snorting on their own gold-lined thrones and like donkeys, being ridden by foreigners, the very same foreign masters who colonised them for centuries, destroyed their cultures, massacred their peoples, turned them into slaves, raped their women, killed their children, dessecrated their fields and stole their produce.

It is time Africa stood up for itself and assumed its position on the world stage. However, with Muammar al-Qathafi apparently removed from the scene, gone is the influence behind a unified Africa, gone are the Pan-African projects providing Africa with African solutions for African problems, gone is the African financing for African interests. And as NATO destroyed the African dream before our very eyes this year, 2011, watch this space as Libya free-falls to become once again one of the poorest countries on Earth, as instead of sporting a billionaire sovereign fund it becomes indebted to the greedy IMF bankers and its future and independence are sold out to foreigners. In fact, this has already happened, thanks to NATO's terrorists, you know, those bearded wonders who decapitated Negroes in the streets, raped girls and women, torched buildings, ransacked government and private property and went on a murderous looting spree. Cameron's, Sarkozy's and Obama's darlings. Allahu Akhbar!

After Libia, it is the rest of Africa and AFRICOM will soon be installed around the continent, setting up US military bases which will serve ostensibly as trading posts but in fact will be permanent seats from which Washington and the real capital city of the USA, Tel Aviv, will control Africa's resources. That is why Gaddafy was removed, he was getting too dangerous for the vested interests.

And here is where the media steps in. What is the worldwide image of Africa? Poor. Poverty, famine, disease. AIDS, corruption. Negative images, squalor, misery. All of this is cultivated by a corporate media which likes to have a "them" to justify the "us" and by saying Africa is poor, they give out the idea that it is a continent not worth bothering about. In fact, due to the nonchalance and connivance of Africa's leaders, so intent on lining their own pockets (with few exceptions), it is as if Africa, and especially now without Gaddafi, did not exist. It is there but is neither seen nor heard.

Africa, indeed, is not a poor continent, neither is it a dry one. Its water resources are massive, it is rich in copper, in silver, in gold, in platinum. It is rich in natural gas and oil, diamonds, manganese. Africa has iron, cobalt, uranium, bauxite. Vast swathes of Africa's lands are so fertile they support three harvests a year and the continent is rich in wood.

Africa's coastline is huge, its seas vast. Africa is not a poor continent. In geo-political terms, Africa is not even a continent. It is a collection of peoples, led by sheep-like sycophants who lick the crud off the boots that kicked them into slavery as their backs are beaten and they say obediently "Thank you, master!" as they receive a handful of coins as they sell out the futures of their sons and daughters.

When a few years ago I shocked a group of visitors to a sanzala, or sugar plantation which used slave labour, by asking to be placed in the "punishment place" which was a heavy door closed onto the slave, pinning him or her against a wall so there was barely room to breathe, and I stayed there all day, surrounded by scorpions and snakes and cockroaches the size of platters, forcing myself to stay there until after dark, as I purged the evil that committed these crimes from my soul, I could feel for the first time the anger of the African psyche, I could feel the desperation in the heart of the last young man to be pinned there, no doubt snatched away from his family and children and after a horrific voyage of several weeks or months in deplorable conditions, sitting in a sea of excrement and being lashed daily, fed badly, emerging unwashed and stinking from that ship, to be prodded and goaded and ridiculed and treated like an object before being forced to sleep in a space where the ceiling was so low, he had to crawl... he was beyond tears, he was beyond anger, he was beyond rage but the last thing he lost was hope.

Africa's youth today are sons of the young man I was speaking about. The resources of Africa do not belong to a handful of leaders, wilfully corrupted by the western powers who carved Africa up drawing lines on maps, murdering the people - Africa's resources belong to Africa's youth, who must understand that the African Project of Gaddafi was and is viable and is the only way the Continent will defend itself from what can only be called corporate looting backed by the terrorist organization NATO, whose Governor in Africa is AFRICOM.

What can you do? Africans can network, can form powerful civic society groups forcing their leaders to be accountable, can empower the African Union so that Africa does not once again become colonised and Africa can declare very firmly that she does NOT want US bases on African soil, does NOT want AFRICOM and does NOT do business or shake the hands of those who murder Africans. And those were the nations behind the escapade in Libya. Africa must make Libya their commercial grave, make them feel it was the worst mistake they made by shutting them out of the Continent. After all, what have they given Africa? Nothing but interference and disrespect for local cultures (visible now that the UK tells countries they have to accept gays or there is no aid).

Africa can only make a difference by standing up for herself and taking her rightful place among the community of nations as an equal partner, proud and as powerful as any other. For trading partners, the BRIC group (Brazil, Russia, India, China) appears as a powerful block without political strings attached to commercial agreements and other emerging powers like Iran, Indonesia and Mexico are not countries who grew fat by stealing and murdering.

Mark my words, Africa.

The "arrest" of Saif al-Islam al-Qathafi and the ensuing squabble over his "trial" is but the latest episode in one of the saddest stories posterity will tell on the collective state of the human race at the beginning of the Third Millennium, namely a study in evil, a total lack of principles and morals and an absence of human decency.

For those who do not believe in the existence of the Devil, welcome to the first decade of the Third Millennium. It started with 9/11, as callous and cruel a demonstration of sheer evil the world has seen since the Second World War, it continued with Iraq, where lies and greed paved the way for an illegal war which destroyed a sovereign State and up to a million people were murdered, it rages on in Libya, where every rule in the book was broken by NATO and the terrorists it supported... not to forget Afghanistan where ten years on, the might of the Great Alliance continues to fight a losing battle against 18,000 farmers wearing turbans.

Or should we say the Great Alliance of Evil, the darkest forces the planet has seen since Hitler's Nazi regime? Where past generations strove hard to create a world based upon the rule of law and justice, trying to tie together societies in which people could grow and develop in peace after years of chaos, the first decade of the Third Millennium has seen the rule of and respect for the law collapse as the human race has its throat gripped by a monster called corporate greed which now dictates the lives and policies of the NATO member states and whose victims are developing countries with resources who cannot defend themselves.

Before Westphalia (1948), a series of treaties signed in 1648, ending the Thirty Years' War and the Eighty Years' War, people living outside the main cities in most of Europe never knew what the next day would bring. Marauding bands of thieves roamed around the countryside, either actively engaged in a war or else looking for one and treating personal property as war spoils whether it was gained during a formal regime of conflict or not, meaning that people in rural communities could lose all their crops and livestock, womenfolk, children, homes and lives at any time of any day. Extreme insecurity was an endemic way of life.

If Westphalia was the beginning of a process to install respect for the law and political stability through the recognition of the precept of Sovereignty of a State, and if there were many tests along the way, then the Helsinki Final Act in 1975 was a reiteration of the principles of Westphalia and a commitment to peace. Basically, it was an opportunity for Humankind to practise at the national level what we are taught to respect and follow at a personal one through our main religions: do not kill, do not steal, help one another.

These principles our beloved leaders tell us to follow yet how many of them practise what they preach, at least as far as NATO countries are concerned? And now having broken the UN Charter, the UN Resolutions governing the case in Libya, the Geneva Conventions and every fibre of human decency, NATO and its evil terrorists show off Saif al-Islam al-Qathafi like a trophy and argue about where he is to be tried?

For what? Standing up like a Man and defending his country against terrorists and foreigners? What about those allahu akhbar-chanting racist maniacs going around committing murder, acts of terrorism, arson, raping women and girls, torturing young men and boys, stealing, pillaging and looting, slashing the throats of Negroes in the streets and committing ethnic cleansing?

These are the innocent ones and Saif al-Islam is guilty? Of what?

In today's world, it comes as no surprise that creatures such as Cameron, Hague, that revolting little Napoleon and the huge disappointment, the false, two-faced and cynical "Nobel Peace Prize" winner Obama can stand up, look the people in the eye and applaud themselves for "having done the right thing". Such self-congratulatory nonsense is to be expected from war criminals and those behind the most blatant flouting of international law since Auschwitz, Belsen, Dachau and Treblinka.

Two indictments have been served against these apologies for human beings in this column. As the clock ticks, we are waiting for the courtesy of a reply. Gone are the noble precepts of yesteryear upon which we were brought up. Gone is respect for the law, for property, gone are the religious principles about killing, gone is the quality of honour and honesty. Lies, bullying, blackmail and belligerence have replaced diplomacy, dialogue and discussion as the tools for international relations.

Those who control and conduct foreign policy, at least in the NATO countries, such as Britain, where the last five Prime Ministers have been involved in 9 (nine) wars (Malvinas, Northern Ireland, Gulf War I and II, Bosnia, Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Afghanistan and Libya), have a lot to answer for. Do not worry, they will spend the rest of their days on this planet looking over their shoulders being heckled as war criminals whenever and wherever they dare to scuttle off an aircraft and posterity will make sure their names are relegated to the blackest annals of history for the rest of eternity. These are not God-fearing people, they are demonic and despicable monsters who have made sure that every grain of goodness was ground into the dirt.

It is certainly time for a new order based upon time-tested principles of honour, integrity, decency, honesty, respect for the human person, respect for human rights, tolerance and inclusion, the policy being development and not deployment in a world in which we practise what we preach and live like brothers and sisters along the shores of our seas.

Those involved in this outrage in Libya do not belong to this community, nor are they welcome to it. They deserve to be cast away to a distant island inhabited by wild beasts and surrounded by sharks with a few water tanks and boards for them to enjoy their demonic notions of entertainment.

Mercenary Abdel Hakim Belhadj led a battalion of 700 men in the Turkish-Syrian border

Various Arab sources confirm that Abdel Hakim Belhadj, nom de guerre Abu Abdallah Assadaq, born in the Jum’aa Souq, Tripoli, is now in Turkey, where he came under cover with the name Salem El Alwani.

It is currently reported its presence near the border turkish-Syrian.

The mercenary already infamous for criminal acts committed in Libya as an agent hired by NATO forces, is now the head of a battalion composed of 700 people, operating under the command of the Syrian army deserters.

He is an integral part of the plot to bring death, devastation and terror in Syria, as it did in Libya.

Turkey will provide military support. CIA and Mossad the money, as at that Mahdi al-Harati resident hours in Dublin when unknown thieves stole 200 thousand euros that were part of the wages obtained by the CIA mercenary (his statement)

What we have said from long time is the true:
■      1) the army of mercenaries operating in Libya, so-called “rebels, or rats, have served only to throw Libya into chaos and   to allow a bunch of corrupt to the power, to set up   a scam government good for Yankee-Zion (with ‘support of the Euro-Arab puppets)
■      2) the real purpose of the license to kill offered by Nato, to these criminal offenders, to roam, rape, murder and destroy everything in its path, was to use Libya as a training and testing field, to train and coordinating gangs of mercenaries, Arabs, without scruples, cheap cannon fodder, to be moved easily on the international stage, easy to hire anywhere to carry out dirty operations, without the risk of having to use NATO military bodies, European and American cannon fodder, returnees in coats of wood stars and stripes, suffering drops in popularity in the elections.

So long as Abdel Hakim Belhadj and his cutthroats friends will not find death by the hands of a few heroes, in one of their raids of marauding mercenaries, these rats will continue to claim victims, destabilize nations and governments awkward with the sect of the band-heads in Washington and Tel Aviv , passing from one place to another in the Middle East: Libya yesterday, Syria today, tomorrow in Iran, and maybe end up miserably their days with a 7.62 × 39mm caliber bullet lodged in their busted heads, coming perhaps from a Russian AK47, and everything will end in a pool of blood and mud in the no man’s land between Elgedik and Elbeyli (Turkish-Syrian border).

Everything has a beginning, everything has also an end. In the case of Abdel Hakim Belhadj will be a bad end, what he was looking for. Everyone reaps what it sows

But we have still some questions:

Zenteno tribe, only a couple of days ago, he stopped and arrested Abdel Hakim Belhadj at Tripoli airport in possession of a false passport and a bag full of money. The tribe Zenteno these days is trying to rebuild their virginity, spreading rumors of a possible return to the ranks of the LLA (Libyan Liberation Army, also LLF). There are rumors of their “protection” offered to Saif al-Islam, which they say is in their “custody-prisoner” (even if to confirm this news, there are only them, Aljazeera, some European media Euro-Yankees, a paramedic). In short, these “repentant rebels’ in anticipation of the bad batch and the advancement of green strength, supported by various tribes remained faithful to Libya and not the neo-colonialists, would ‘theoretically’ backtracking on their steps. Theoretically: Mr. Abdel Hakim Belhadj, who was in their hands at the airport of Tripoli, with false documents and money of dubious origin, was released by them and now we see where and with what beautiful projects. Why they released this public danger?

How ever, if their desire is to reconcile with the loyalists green, have allowed Abdel Hakim Belhadj, forger and trafficker of currency, multiple murderess, unscrupulous mercenary, a declared enemy of M. Gaddafi, Saif, Libya and the Libyan people, like any other people, was covered and released in so fast time   without charge and without investigate the crimes he committed of recruitment of false identities and smuggling of currency from the country?

The traitors of their own land, in any latitude, we’ve never liked, especially when they kidding us, and Zenten is among these tribes.

US teaching its Mercenaries undetectable torture

29/nov/11 9:00 PM

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_fouGr_c9c&feature=player_embedded

This video depicts a prisoner named Ahmed Ibrahim, at first glance you don't see anything wrong with his treatment as intoxicated NATO Mercenaries sing loudly.

If you look closely at the beginning of the video you will see that Ahmed almost falls asleep. NATO Mercenaries in this video are using the torture technique of sleep deprivation which is also used in Guantanamo.

It seems US has disciplined its Mercenaries and have thought them tortured techniques which is harder to detect and prosecute. This technique can turn people insane within a week, it is much more effective than physical torture which NATO Mercenaries have been using until now.

"Outrageous and indefensible" was Britain's massacre in Libya

30.11.2011

David Cameron, the British Prime Minister, has stated that the attack on the British Embassy in Teheran was "outrageous" while the Foreign Secretary William Hague has called it "irresponsible". So how shall we label the British massacres in Libya as terrorists were backed to overthrow the government of a sovereign state?

Interesting it is that the Iranian government at least had the decency to apologise after a few hundred enraged students stormed the British Embassy after London upped the stakes in what is turning into an unnecessarily tense situation, making it quite clear that London under Cameron and Hague is very much a player in the Grand Plan (hegemony over the world's energy resources using NATO to implement the whims and caprices of the lobbies which control Washington's foreign policy and that of her allies).

Interesting it is, or rather, how despicable, that the British government was incapable of offering an apology when the three grandchildren of Colonel Gaddafi were murdered in their home by one of those cowards flying NATO warplanes. And now we are speaking about Libya and murder and so on, was it not a tad "outrageous" to breach the UN Charter, the UNSC Resolutions and the Geneva Convention in taking sides in an internal conflict, aiding terrorists to murder, rape, pillage, torch buildings, torture, commit acts of sadism and sodomy?

Was it then "acceptable" to commit war crimes by bombing civilians so that a bunch of terrorists could seize control of the country? Was it "acceptable" to strafe the country's water supply? Was it "acceptable" to bomb the factory making the tubes to repair the system? Was it "acceptable" to target Libya's civilian telecommunications network? Was it "acceptable" to take out the energy supply, so that babies would die in incubators, so that old folk would not be able to have access to electricity, to "break their backs"? Was that acceptable?

And how acceptable was it to lie (again) and base a military campaign on the false flag event which was the "attack on civilians", perpetrated by the terrorists themselves, and anyway how many civilians were murdered by the friends of London and Washington in Bahrain and Yemen and nobody raises an eyebrow? How acceptable was it to implement a military campaign outside the auspices of the UNO's Military Staff Committee? How acceptable was it to interfere in the internal affairs of a sovereign state? (1)

How acceptable was it to bombard undefended structures? (2) How acceptable was it to support a group of terrorists listed on the FCO's own site as a proscribed group? (3) How acceptable was it to launch a war without attempting to negotiate or to allow a process of negotiation to take place, and then to refuse to accept any form of democratic electoral process? (4) How acceptable was it to arm and employ mercenaries in an illegal theatre of war? (5) How acceptable was it to bomb civilians in Sirte, to besiege the city and to purposefully starve the population? (6) How acceptable is it to have taken part in massive attacks against civilians and to have used terrorist forces to do so? (7)

Was the attack on March 21 in Gharyan in which dozens of civilians were murdered not "outrageous"? Was the bombing attack against the Libyan Arab Association for Human Rights in Tripoli of April 7 not "outrageous"? Outrageous was the murderous attack against the people of Misratah, on April 27, in which 12 civilians were killed and 5 wounded, outrageous was the attack on April 30 when a NATO coward strafed the Libyan Down's Syndrome Centre in Tripoli, outrageous was the murder of Saif al-Arab al-Qathafi on the same day together with three of Muammar al-Qathafi's grandchildren.

Irresponsible was the failure to save 600 civilians whose SOS messages were ignored by NATO on May 9, irresponsible was the murder of the eleven Imams on May 13; unacceptable was the attack on Libya's Anti-Corruption Agency on May 17, destroying evidence against many NTC officials; a criminal act of murder was the bombing of Tripoli University on June 12, a criminal act of murder was a NATO terrorist strike against a bus full of civilians on June 15 in Kikla, a criminal act of murder was the NATO terrorist strike murdering nine civilians in Tripoli on June 19.

The murder of the al-Hamedi family of 15 civilians including 3 children on June 19 was a terrorist attack and a war crime, the murder of 16 civilians in the market in Tawerga on June 28 was a war crime, the Zwara checkpoint bombing on July 4 was a terrorist attack by NATO, the murder of 12 civilians on July 15 in Kikla was a war crime, the carpet bombing of Tajura and Seraj on July 17 was a terrorist attack...I could go on and on and on and on and on.

And Cameron and Hague, these sickening little failures who have led their own country to economic and financial ruin, have the audacity to speak out about an incident in Teheran caused by the Fascist and murderous policies of their country in recent years - the last six Prime Ministers have been involved in nine wars - and they kept their mouths closed about their own country's war criminal terrorist acts of murder in Libya?

It figures...

(3)      http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/publications/counter-terrorism/ ...

(4)    Under the UN Charter, Chapter VI, Article 33, member states must "seek a solution by negotiation, enquiry, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, judicial settlement, resort to regional agencies or arrangements, or other peaceful means of their own choice".

(5)    UNSC Resolution 1973 (2011), in its Chapter on Protection of Civilians, in paragraph

         4. states:

         "4. Authorizes Member States that have notified the Secretary-General, acting nationally or through regional organizations or arrangements, and acting in cooperation with the Secretary-General, to take all necessary measures, notwithstanding paragraph 9 of resolution 1970 (2011), to protect civilians and civilian populated areas under threat of attack in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, including Benghazi, while excluding a foreign occupation force of any form on any part of Libyan territory, and requests the Member States concerned to inform the Secretary-General immediately of the measures they take pursuant to the authorization conferred by this paragraph which shall be immediately reported to the Security Council;

(6)    Article 14 of the second Protocol to the Geneva Conventions states, "Starvation of civilians as a method of combat is prohibited. It is therefore prohibited to attack, destroy, remove or render useless for that purpose objects indispensable to the survival of the civilian population such as food-stuffs, agricultural areas for the production of food-stuffs, crops, livestock, drinking water installations, and supplies and irrigation works."

(7)    The 4th Geneva Convention prohibits all forms of attacks on civilians and the collective punishment of civilian populations, so virtually everything that the combined TNC-NATO forces are doing to the people of Sirte is strictly illegal and in fact criminal.

United State's genocide in Sirte met with deafening silence

09/dec/11 3:41 AM

By HRI

According to NATO figures, coalition aircraft delivered 415 key strikes on the town of Sirte between Sunday 28th August and Thursday 20th October. We have compared this to the bombing of Guernica and other comparisons have been made to the widely condemned levelling of Grozny.

In addition, the rebels, described in NATO circles as a ‘pro xy army” were allowed by NATO to indiscriminately shell the town with tank fire, heavy mortar fire and artillery. Here is some footage from the ‘Information Office of the Misrata Mujahid Battalion’ to illustrate the point:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WglBKSRtieU&feature=player_embedded

And here is more footage, taken in September, showing heavy mortar and rocket fire into the town. It is crystal clear that NATO, who were patrolling the skies above and bombing the town, purportedly to protect civilians, were making no attempt to protect the civilians of Sirte from this indiscriminate use of heavy weaponry:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1r1IWgx30M&feature=player_embedded

NATO has declined to comment on why it did nothing to protect the civilians of Sirte and why it has been complicit in these war crimes.
As rebel infantry moved in on the destroyed centre of Sirte, the footage below shows that the civilian infrastructure of Sirte, including its buildings, water and sanitation systems, had been totally destroyed:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=-evkEOw-0Uk

And here is more footage of the town showing the extent of the destruction, it appears from this video that every building has been targeted in a systematic attempt to ensure the town is uninhabitable:

Atrocities in Sirte

In what should be the final death-blow to the notion that NATO air power combined with undisciplined and in some cases genocidal mobs supplied with NATO weaponry on the ground can effectively ‘protect’ a civilian population it has become clear that fifty-three people were summarily executed by the rebels in the garden of the Mahari hotel in Sirte.

Ironically the bodies were found by Peter Bouckaert-supporters, emergencies director at Human Rights Watch. Some of the bodies had their hands bound behind their backs when they were shot. In addition, some of the bodies had bandages over serious wounds, suggesting they had been treated for other injuries prior to being executed, a stark reminder of the earlier murderous rampage of the rebels through the Abu Saleem hospital in Tripoli.

Sirte residents identified four of the dead as residents of Sirte: Ezzidin al-Hinsheri (a government official), Muftah Dabroun (a military officer), Amar Mahmoud Saleh and Muftah al-Deley (both civilians).

Some of the victims had been in Ibn Sina Hospital in Sirte, after being treated for injuries – the same hospital which was treating the children with the horrific injuries we covered in an earlier report.

On the walls of the hotel were the names of the following Misrata brigades: the “Tiger Brigade” (Al-Nimer), the “Support Brigade” (Al-Isnad), the Jaguar Brigade (Al-Fahad), the Lion Brigade (Al-Asad), and the Citadel Brigade (Al-Qasba). Misrata brigades have already been responsible for the ethnic cleansing of Misrata and genocide of the Tawergha.

Meanwhile, Red Cross officials have said they have found two hundred and sixty-seven dead in Sirte, most of whom they believe were killed late on Thursday – the day of liberation.

As HRW point out, violence and murder, inflicted during an armed conflict on combatants who have laid down their arms or are in detention, is a war crime under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC). The ICC has jurisdiction in Libya for all crimes within its mandate committed since February 15, 2011. Under the court’s treaty, criminal liability applies to both those who physically commit the crimes and to senior officials, including those who give the orders and those in a position of command who should have been aware of the abuses but failed to prevent them or to report or prosecute those responsible.

As Peter Bouckaert says:

“This latest massacre seems part of a trend of killings, looting, and other abuses committed by armed anti-Gaddafi fighters who consider themselves above the law.”

The ICC prosecutor has not pursued action against pro-NATO forces, in fact he has been involved in spreading propaganda and inciting racial hatred during the conflict. Furthermore, the NTC leadership are deeply implicated in the attacks on the civilian population of Sirte. Mustafa Abdel Jalil visited the brigades laying siege to the town on 11 October and declared that:

”You have the support of all the members of the transitional council.”

In addition, Mahmoud Jibril infamously gave the green light to the permanent ethnic cleansing of Tawergha by the Misrata brigades at a meeting in Misrata Town Hall.

Currently what is left of Sirte is being thoroughly looted – with flat-bed trucks loading up cars and personal possessions to take back to Misrata.

Meanwhile, according to the BBC’s Wyre Davies reporting from Sirte, the town will be the last in Libya to be reconstructed or may not be rebuilt at all “but instead left in its destroyed crumbling state as a memorial to Colonel Gaddafi’s victims.”

The Responsibility to Protect

It is clear that the ‘responsibility to protect’ (R2P) doctrine has been hi-jacked by NATO and its supporters as a justification for its military campaigns and has lost its humanitarian content, becoming little more than a weapon in the propaganda war to draw ill-informed citizens into consent for military action.

A genuine responsibility to protect (GR2P) needs to protect people from the ravages of war, in which the most egregious human rights violations usually occur, and needs to be particularly conscious of R2P as a reincarnation of the “white man’s burden” and as justification for NATO imperialism and military adventurism.

Putin adds more weight to the overwhelming evidence of US Special Ops in Libya

16/dec/11 5:44 AM

When Putin was asked about Qaddafi martyrdom in a phone interview, he said "Who did this? Drones, including American ones. They attacked his column. Then using the radio - through the special forces, who should not have been there - they brought in the so-called opposition and fighters, and killed him without court or investigation."

We saw countless images and videos of White Soldiers in Libya along side Mercenaries, the media intentionally kept a lid on it. Soon after Putin made this remark, the US fascist regime responded by saying the charges are "ludicrous". US quickly went in denial mode and its propaganda outlets are advised to give as little attention to the story as possible.

Libya latest news: Chaos

04.01.2012

No wonder the media is silent in that clique of nations which perpetrated the latest round of war crimes in attacking Libya, violating the UN Charter, violating the UNSC Resolutions, violating the Geneva Conventions, because the news we are receiving from the ground is shocking. Here are some front-line reports from credible sources inside Libya... just what has NATO done?

How many of your tax-payers' dollars are being squandered on Libya? Well, quite a few it would seem. No wonder there is no money for your son's education, Mrs. Brown; no wonder the maternity wing has been closed, Sharon; no wonder Mr. Price has just been told his mother's cancer treatment will have to be suspended because "there simply isn't the money" and anyway "do you know how much she is costing the system"?

Interesting, because NATO has stirred up a hornet's nest in Libya. The picture we get from reading front-line reports is one of utter chaos, with the so-called "NTC" now fighting among itself in a myriad of terrorist factions rather than providing any form of "Government", which it was always going to be utterly incapable of anyway. How can a bunch of terrorists and thugs, rapists, murderers, torturers, arsonists, looters and thieves constitute a Government?

Yesterday, December 3: reports of mass fights among groups of "rats" (terrorists) in Tripoli city centre and at the Mitiga air base. Misuratah and Benghazi terrorists fought each other and 30 terrorist officers from Benghazi were executed. Baniwalid tribe marching on Tripoli, the population (anti-TNC/NATO terrorist forces) set to welcome them.

Sirte: Strong fights among groups of terrorists and with Libyan Green Resistance (Jamahiriya forces).

More and more, the Zintan Militia fights alongside the Green Resistance against terrorist Al Qaeda Bel Haj militia (Bel Haj is an Al Qaeda terrorist who fought against NATO, now befriended by the FUKUS Three - France, UK and US - and used against the people of Libya). Zintan Militia holding Saif al-islam al-Qathafi (who has reportedly married a Zintan bride) say they are not giving up the son of Muammar al-Qathafi to any foreign court because the ICC does not have jurisdiction in Libya. Bel Haj and Hefter militia fighting each other in Zintan

Misuratah:   Racist NTC/NATO terrorist forces destroy a Taourga cemetery.

Al-Zawiyah: Green flags flying everywhere, city sterlised and fee of TN/NATO terrorist forces.

Sabha, Gharyan, Tarhouna: Green flags everywhere as the Green resistance sterilise vast areas free of NTC/NATO terrorist forces. Green flags over Ghadames, liberated from NTC/NATO terrorist forces by the Green Resistance. Bel Haj terrorist militia fled from Gharyan. In Sabha, a huge caravan of Green Resistance heroes chanted "Oh God Muammar Libia Bess". NATO knows that the people pf Libya do not accept their criminal terrorist forces as "Government".

TNC/NATO terrorist forces attacked Tobruk and were driven back by citizens' Jamahiriya militia and Green Resistance.

Chief terrorist, the traitor Mustafa Abdul Jalil, warns of civil war. It is already civil war and was from day one when this murderer allowed NATO to launch terrorist attacks using foreign forces from Qatar inside Libya.

What did NATO expect? The Libyan people had peace and prosperity for 42 years. The Jamahiriya system of government is participative democracy, far more participative than western-style Parliamentary systems where for instance someone like Cameron can be Prime Minister with a minority of the votes. In the Jamahiriya system communities organise what they need and the Government distributes what they want.

Libyans have enjoyed prosperity, free housing and utilities. They will not give up these birthrights, certainly not to foreigners and foreign-imposed terrorists who have raped Libya's women, who have perpetrated racist attacks, who have beheaded people in the street, who have tortured children, who have invaded private property, who have committed sodomy, arson, robbery...

These are criminals and in supporting these torturers and terrorists, NATO is liable for war crimes, along with its political and military leaders.

NATO will have to pay a massive reconstruction bill, will have to pay compensation to Libya and Libyans affected by this lunacy and NATO's terrorist forces will have to be tried and punished. Otherwise, get ready for more of the same.

Libya is totally out of NATO's control and the British and American taxpayer, mainly, is paying for it. Who else could it be? So sorry Mrs. Smith, if you cannot afford to pay your electricity bill this winter, you will have to freeze to death. Look at it this way: Think of how much money you will save the National Health Service if you do... then we can afford another cruise missile to strafe water supplies in Libya and deprive babies of sanitation "to break their backs", eh what? Talk about an ethical foreign policy...

Pakistan to back Russia’s move for probe into civilian casualties in Libya

UNITED NATIONS, Jan 5 (APP) - Pakistan is backing a Russian push for an investigation into civilian casualties in Libya during NATO’s bombing campaign to help the Libyan dissidents overthrow Col. Muammar Gaddafi’s regime from power, diplomatic sources told APP. During close-door Security Council consultations on Libya on Wednesday, Pakistan’s UN Ambassador Abdullah Hussain Haroon said his delegation would support such a Council-mandated probe, the sources said. The United States and France are resisting any investigation into NATO’s human rights abuses in Libya. In fact, US Ambassador Susan Rice dismissed Russia’s demand for an investigation as a cheap stunt to distract attention away from the Syrian government’s crackdown on protesters.

Earlier, Russia’s UN Ambassador Vitaly Churlin told his last month’s year-end press conference that an investigation is the only way to support NATO claims that it was not responsible for civilian deaths in Libya that occurred during a bombing campaign ostensibly designed under the aegis of the United Nations to protect civilians.

On Wednesday, the coming president of the Security Council also called for such an investigation. Ambassador Baso Sangqu of South Africa, who holds the rotating Security Council presidency for January, said he believed NATO overstepped its mandate in Libya enforcing a no-fly zone, killing an untold number of innocent civilians.

“We were alive to the fact that the implementation of the resolution itself would have its own problems, but we now hear strong voices that talk about many mistakes that were made. They were supposed to be precision strikes, but it was clear that those were not that precise.”

NATO used its forces to the maximum to take Tripoli

13.01.2012

Italy's L'Espresso daily publication wrote that NATO's special forces played the key role when taking Tripoli, the capital of Libya. A participant of the operation shared his impressions with the publication. According to the author of the article, the man, whose story the newspaper published, was struggling with the butchers of Muammar Gaddafi, foreign snipers and killers, who had come to Libya from all over the world. According to him, all of them came to Tripoli to make money by aiming their guns at rebellious people.

The man, who introduced himself as a member of the Italian special forces, said that the secret weapon had been aimed against inexperienced rebels for months. "Those snipers stopped the first groups of the rebels, who entered the Libyan capital," the man said.

The author of the article admitted that bombs and missiles were useless against them. The residents of Tripoli did not struggle with them to avoid massacre in return. "There was only one way to remove them - to challenge them to a duel: a shooter vs. a shooter. This is exactly what NATO did. They gathered best snipers of the alliance under the conditions of extreme secrecy and brought them to Libya to get rid of the regime there. It was their weapons that contributed most to the fall of the dictatorship. It was them who opened the road for the rebellion. There were Italian servicemen among them too," the article said.

L'Espresso published the story told by Ale - a serviceman of the special forces of the Italian navy, who supposedly took part in the taking of Tripoli. According to the author of the article, Ale and his partners were working in the south-east of Tripoli. The men were equipped with Ar 15 guns with silencers of the new generation and state-of-the-art sniper rifles for high-precision gunfire for the distance of up to a thousand meters. Their equipment also included comfortable shoes and clothing: body armor with extra protection on the chest, cartridges, containers for water, medications and medical equipment neatly packed in the uniforms, etc.

"When Ale and his men arrived to the front, they took perfect positions. They could control the whole square from the height that they had taken. The snipers had to be removed before daybreak. Ale's men had already detected two enemy snipers with the help of electronic devices. Ale determined the target and said that he was ready. The enemies were quiet. They would make several shots before changing positions. That was a lethal mistake for them to make. The night was drawing to its end. It was time to move to another bunker of Gaddafi's supporters to open the door for the revolution wider."

Stories like these make one think about the real participation of NATO troops in the Libyan war. According to the official information from the alliance, NATO conducted bombings, restricted arms shipments, and assisted in training the forces who were struggling against Gaddafi's troops.

There is also unofficial information, which was exposed by the British media. According to British publications, Britain, for instance, went far beyond the framework set by the UN. The country supposedly participated in at least restricted operations in which it suffered considerable losses.

The above-mentioned article in the Italian newspaper also said that Ale was a member of the special team in which there was also a French legionary, a Briton from SAS and two US marines. All of them were veterans, whose skills were far better than that of Gaddafi's mercenaries.

According to the author, the use of those snipers became a critical element like a nuclear bomb in 1945, which changed the course of the conflict.

NATO sources said that there were as many as 4,000 US marines deployed near the Libyan shores during the operation. White House officials say that those marines did not take part in the Libyan "revolution." Was it really so?

It is worthy of note that there were reports saying that Gaddafi's soldiers downed helicopters with NATO commandos on board. It was also reported that the Libyan army had captured European mercenaries during the standoff.

The West uses professionals against unwanted regimes. However, the above-mentioned stories also mean that the West is ready to use its pros against other regimes as well - in Syria, Iran, etc. Foreign special services reportedly continue to sound out the possibilities for the Libyan scenario to repeat in Syria. There are also reports saying that mysterious snipers attack demonstrators and policemen to provoke armed clashes. Will Teheran and Damascus be able to set anything against mercenaries and commandoes who are capable of changing the course of any conflict?

The West, Syria and Libya

19.01.2012

The smirking face of Bashar al-Assad as he made fun of Colonel Gaddafi when he addressed the Arab League in 2008 was as disgusting as the supercilious smirks on the snouts of the pigs surrounding him. Today, Bashar al-Assad is not smirking, for sure, as he sees the West use the same tactics they used against Libya on him.

It is difficult to feel sorry for Bashar al-Assad. Indeed, the immediate temptation is to say "Hey, go and ask for support from the terrorists, rapists and murderers that NATO unleashed in Libya" because let us remember whose side Assad was on when Colonel Gaddafi warned not so long ago that the Arab League either stood together or else would see the fate that is now befalling Libya - in civil war - and which is now to befall Syria - terrorist cells and foreign agents provocateurs sowing havoc inside the country while the west calls on the Government and the authorities not to react.

Who does not react when there are maurauding gangs of terrorists, murderers and rapists running amok, beheading people and destroying property?

So maybe if Assad was publicly trying to humiliate Gaddafi back then as he rubbed shoulders with his pot-bellied pig friends from the Gulf States, he certainly isn't laughing today, and neither will they within a short space of time. As for the west, for the Syria story, basically copy and paste Libya and call it Libya 2, or "Libya remake". The irresponsible journalism is there, muck raking and spreading stories without an iota of proof or back-up, as western journalism confirms it is at the level of "Someone said they heard a woman say in the baker's that the butcher's wife had been heard telling someone that something happened somewhere sometime

It doesn't matter, because the TV images of screaming children swing into action in the early days of an "uprising" (what happened in London last August was a more authentic uprising than the ones in either Libya or Syria) and create the mind-image which will in turn create the mindset that will shape and control public opinion during the rest of the conflict.

We are not speaking about journalism and information, we are speaking about propaganda, unfounded rumours and disinformation and demonization campaigns which attempt to justify the unjustifiable. The Net then backs up the biased media, filtering out any opposing stories, closing sites, blogs, hacking sites, closing Facebook accounts (how porous is that medium?) and taking You Tubes off the air, while the photo libraries are purged of damning images. That is why they are trying to control the Net. It's called freedom of information and expression...

At the epicentre of this is the Queen of Liars, traitors and terrorists, the human hell-hole, residence supreme of the Demon himself, Qatar. Al-Jazeera, which started out as a credible news agency, has become the whore of international journalism and is as credible as the scrawlings of a demented simpleton on the walls of a football stadium.

What is really happening in Syria, we shall be reporting in the forthcoming days. Meanwhile let us tell the story of Libya, which you will not see on Al-Jazeera, nor indeed on the British Bullshit Corporation, its friend and bedmate.

What NATO has unleashed in Libya is hard to describe, because there are no adjectives strong enough to put into words the horrific human rights abuses carried out by the "darlings" of the west, namely the Libyan rebels, in fact, gangs of murderers, rapists, arsonists, thieves, looters, torturers and bandits, racist pigs who have carried out ethnic cleansing, who have kidnapped and gang-raped women and girls and who have hacked people to death.

The people of Libya are not sitting back and accepting this scourge as a Government because it is not and never will be. Southern Libya has now been declared terrorist-free and the result is that the USA, under what international mandate? - is massing troops in Malta, while it sends in waves of Marines to be shot down by snipers.
How many more families in the USA are being told that their sons are missing in action?

Evidence of human rights abuses by Libyan terrorists, supported by NATO:
Judge for yourselves.

MSF doctors suspend work in Libya

The Doctors Without Borders aid organization is halting its work in the prisons of Libya’s city of Misurata after claiming that the inmates in those prisons were tortured.

The head   of the group Christopher Stokes said “is was unacceptable when doctors had to repeatedly treat the same patients between torture sessions”.

According to the doctors, they have helped 115 inmates since August. They asked the prison management to stop the abuse but   their appeals have been ignored.

The Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation, FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Migratory service are obliged to pay steadfast attention to citizens of Syria living in Moscow which dispatch now letters with threats of physical violence to public organizations and to some Russian citizens. Possibly, they should be sent back to Syria.

More fairy tales spread by US propaganda outlets against Syria

February 4, 2012 1:40 PM

US propaganda outlets claim that a massacre has occurred in Homs, adding that over 200 people have been killed by Syrian Security Forces. Why is this a fairy tale? Because the source of this news is a man living in Britain. He sits at home and writes fairy tales about Syria and the US propaganda outlets quickly publish them as facts.

Note - US Mercenaries failed miserably in one of their operations against Syria and the Syrian Security Forces in Homs, they were defeated and that defeat hurts US and its client states, that's why they have intensified their propaganda operations. US and its client states are also angry because they can't wage another war against another independent state, they tried in UNSC but failed due to Russian and Chinese Veto.

We expect the propaganda operation to intensify, so please be prepared, more outrageous and outlandish claims will be published by US propaganda outlets, the source of all the news will be a man living in UK. Trust me on that.

Whose side is the UNO on?

07.02.2012

After reading the statement on Syria by UN SG Ban Ki-Moon, the notion arises that far from being impartial, the United Nations Organization is in fact two organisms - one, a humanitarian institution to pull the wool over our eyes and the other, to pander to the geo-political caprices of its master, in whose house it is a guest and a hostage.

If the United Nations Secretary-General were totally impartial, if the UN Secretary-general respected his position and the institution he represents, there would be as many declarations from him denouncing the war crimes and breaches of international law by the FUKUS-Axis (France, UK, US and Israel) as there are deriding their enemies, as was the case against Libya, as is the case against Syria.

However, as one may have expected, this is not the case. His constant rebuttals and accusations against the Government of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya rang loud and clear, as it tried to defend itself and its people against murderous gangs of FUKUS-Axis backed thugs - torturers, murderers, rapists, racists, arsonists, looters, thieves, sodomists and serial sexual abusers.

However, where was he when the FUKUS-Axis was strafing the Libyan water supply, to "break the backs" of the civilians and deprive families with babies of drinking and bathing water, in the North African mid-Summer? Where was he when the FUKUS-Axis was placing special troops on the ground, despite the terms of the UNSC Resolutions 1970 and 1973 governing the crisis stating clearly there was to be no arming of either side, a total arms embargo on Libya and no boots on the ground?

Where was he when the FUKUS-Axis strafed civilian buildings from 30,000 feet, where was he when the FUKUS-Axis murdered the Gaddafi grandchildren, where was he when the FUKUS-Axis targeted civilian structures with military hardware, where was he when the FUKUS-Axis backed terrorists slit the throats of Negroes in the streets, where was he when they performed acts of ethnic cleansing?

And now his voice rings out loud and clear again, not because the FUKUS-Axis is doing its best to find a way to bomb Syria and thereby murder thousands of Syrian civilians, not because the FUKUS-Axis is allegedly involved directly or indirectly in once again supplying   bands of thugs with weaponry, not because there are allegations that the FUKUS-Axis or forces close to this has planned and continues to consider a chemical attack inside Syria to create a false flag event. No, about this he is silent.

But here is Ban Ki-Moon complaining that the Syrian government forces are carrying out violence which is "totally unacceptable before humanity". Suppose, then, Ban Ki-Moon considered what the Syrian armed forces are fighting? Does he imagine they are shelling unarmed civilians going about their daily lives? Or terrorists armed to the teeth, the ones shown on SKY News, which look just like the thugs we saw in Libya, labelled as "unarmed civilians"?

Why does Ban Ki-Moon not refer to the three thousand Syrian Security Forces murdered by this scourge? Or does he think they were killed by whom, unarmed women and children? Why do Ban Ki-Moon and his FUKUS-Axis friends not tell the truth about Syria, namely that around 55 to 60% of the population supports the President (Bashar al-Assad) around 15% are apolitical, leaving at most 30% supporting around 30 Opposition parties? How much support does that leave each one?

Why don't Ban Ki-Moon and his FUKUS-Axis friends mention what the armed gangs are doing? Why don't they mention the murder of Allouite minority members by these thugs? Why don't they state clearly where the Enemies of Syria are based, namely in Turkey, in an organization called Suriye Ulusal Geçiş Konseyi? Why don't they state clearly what the terrorist group Al-Ikhwan Al-Moslmoon is, what it does and the links it has with the Syrian Opposition?

Why don't Ban Ki-Moon and his FUKUS-Axis friends analyse the photographic "evidence" of the "massacres" and reach the same conclusions as Pravda.Ru sources inside Syria reach, namely that in one "massacre" the bodies were Allouites who had been massacred by the FUKUS-Axis backed "Opposition" then placed on the ground, handcuffed, before it was claimed that the Syrian Armed Forces had strafed them with artillery fire; other "Syrian" locations turn out to be photographs from Gaza (without the Israeli phosphorous bombs) and Iraq (without Abu Ghraib concentration camp and its American perverts sodomising prisoners and urinating on them)?

Why don't Ban Ki-Moon and his FUKUS-Axis friends say anything about the "Opposition" protests in which they torched Government and private property and lynched people in the streets?

We know the answers to these questions. In fact, can anyone rightfully claim today that the UNO as a body to enforce international law is valid, efficient or worth the money it costs? In which case, how can Ban Ki-Moon justify his position, whatever that really is? And in which case, does it not make sense to say: US out of UN, or UN out of US?

Iraq war criminals get away with murder

Iraq War Crimes: Haditha: Another Small Massacre - No One Guilty.

"We gather tonight knowing that this generation of heroes has made the United States safer and more respected around the world." (President Barack Obama, State of the Union address, 24th January 2012.)

On the 24th of January, the day President Obama delivered his last State of the Union speech to Congress before the election, citing the: "selflessness and teamwork of America's Armed Forces, (their) focus on the "mission at hand," the "selfless" Staff Sgt. Frank Wuterich, leader of the massacre at Haditha, in Iraq, became the seventh soldier to walk free - from the mass murder of twenty-four unarmed men, women and children, in three homes and a taxi.

It was another chilling, ruthless, cold blooded, up to five hour rampage, revenge for the death a colleague, in a roadside bomb - which had nothing to do with the rural families that paid the price.

The youngest to die was a one year old, the oldest was seventy-six years old, wheelchair-bound amputee, Abdul Hamid Hassan Ali. He died with nine rounds in the chest and abdomen.

Other children who died were aged 3, 4, 5, 8, 10 and 14.

On May 9th 2007, Sergeant Sanick De la Cruz received immunity from prosecution in return for testimony in which he said that he had watched Wuterich shoot five Iraqis attempting to surrender. He further stated that he and Wuterich had further fired into the dead bodies - and that he had urinated on one of the dead Iraqis.

"Imagine what we could accomplish if we followed their (US troops) example,"pondered the President in his speech - in a week in which worldwide revulsion was expressed at a video of Marines, allegedly with the 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marines from Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, urinating on dead bodies in Afghanistan.

It was, of course: "behaviour ... not in keeping with the values of the US Armed Forces ... not consistent with our core values (or) indicative of the character of the Marines in our Corps," said a Defence Department spokeswoman.(i).

Ross Caputi, a former Marine who took part in another massacre, in Falluja, exactly a year before Haditha, was sickened at what he saw and experienced, and now campaigns tirelessly for Iraq and for reparation for Falluja. He disputes the Defence Department's sunny view of "core values."

"These attitudes are common in the Marine Corps. The guys who peed on the poor dead Afghans were not 'bad apples', they were 'average Marines'," Caputi told this publication. For his outspokenness, Caputi has received such a volume of chilling and obscene threats from former colleagues and U.S. Service personnel (seen by the writer) that they stand testimony to his words.

As in Afghanistan, the litany of Iraq's blood-lettings are silent witness to the "core values" of an altogether different kind. In an expression disturbingly mirroring "cleansed," homes are "cleared." Grenades are thrown in and then troops storm in, automatic rifles (and more grenades) blazing.

A description of the assault on one Haditha home, from a Lt. William T. Kallop records:

"The Marines cleared it the way they had been trained to clear it, which is frags (grenades) first ... It was clear just by the looks of the room that frags went in and then the house was prepped and sprayed like, with a machine gun, and then they went in. And by the looks of it, they just ... they went in, cleared to room, everybody was down." (ii)

"Most of the shots ... were fired at such close range that they went through the bodies of the family members and plowed into walls or floors." (iii)

As Marjorie Cohn's meticulous, eye watering piece (see iii) points out, days after the mass murders at Haditha became public: "US forces killed eleven civilians, after rounding them up in a room in a house in Ishaqi," in Salahuddin Province. All were handcuffed (presumably not the six month old) and executed. They were:

Turkiya Muhammed Ali, 75 years

Faiza Harat Khalaf, 30years

Faiz Harat Khalaf, 28 years

Um Ahmad, 23 years

Sumaya Abdulrazak, 22 years

Aziz Khalil Jarmoot, 22 years

Hawra Harat Khalaf, 5 years

Asma Yousef Maruf, 5 years

Osama Yousef Maruf, 3 years

Aisha Harat Khalaf, 3 years

Husam Harat Khalaf, 6 months

"A report by the US military found no wrongdoing by the US soldiers," writes Professor Cohen.

There are Falluja's football fields of mass graves, Najav's hotel and hospital car parks, turned graveyards, the pathetic uncounted ones in gardens, in yards, the lost, buried in the family home, across Iraq, by families who would be also shot if they ventured with their beloved, to the cemetery.

In Falluja, reminiscent of other historic "cleansings," categorized war crimes, men between fifteen and fifty-five were forbidden to leave or enter their city.

Iraqi families shot in their cars by US service personnel are beyond counting - and indeed have not been: "It is not productive to count Iraqi deaths," as the inimitable General Kimmit reminded the world.

Deaths included the family of Ali Abbas, by rogue US missiles, in the residential Zafaraniya suburb of Baghdad, with its evocative Convent and ancient Catholic church. Ali lost his pregnant mother, father, brother and thirteen other family members. He also lost his arms. He was twelve years old.

Allegations of summary executions have emerged from Tel Afar, whose blood drenched toddler, her parents shot by troops in their car, remains a never to be erased image; Samarra, Quaim, Taal al Jal, Mukaradeeb, Hamdaniya, Ramadi, Tikrit, Mosul - and throughout the country.

In Mahmudiya, in 2008, fourteen year old Abeer Quasim Hamza, was gang raped then killed by five US servicemen - after they had murdered her mother, Fakriyah (34) father Qasim (45) and six year old sister. All were burned in an attempt to cover the crime. There were two convictions.

And never forget Abu Ghraib.

Long forgotten are the wedding and funeral massacres, a particular target for the US military, a litany. One, early in the invasion, was just a month after the first Falluja onslaught.

On the 19th of May 2004, forty-six people celebrating a wedding in Mugrideeb village were mowed down by assault helicopters, other attack planes and Marines.

USMC Major General James Mattis at the time simply commented: "How many people go to the middle of the desert to celebrate a wedding ...?" He later said that it had taken him thirty seconds to decide to attack.

Eman Khammas of Iraq Occupation Watch braved the dangerous road out to the village as soon as she heard. She found carnage - and remains of the musicians' instruments, decorations, pots, sacks of rice, improvised bread ovens, sacks filled with leftovers for the animals - all who had been shot - and surviving eyewitnesses.

There were blood stained toys, clothes, childrens' hair slides, camera batteries. The family were sheep traders. Khammas recalled:

"The ground was full of bullets holes of different sizes, spots of blood every where, some a meter wide. In some of them the remains of human flesh were drying in the sun. . . . In one of these remains, there was a long black lock still attached to the flesh. I could not see any more. I ran away back to the demolished house."

Those mown down, of the Rakaad Naif family, as they celebrated were:

1. Mohammad Rekaad, 28
2. Ahmed Rekaad, 26

3. Talib Rekaad, 27

4. Mizhir Rekaad, 20

5. Daham Rekaad, 17

6. Saad Mohammad Rekaad

7. Marifa Obeid, Rekaad's wife

8. Fatima Madhi, Rekaad's daughter in law

9. Raad Ahmed, grandson, 3

10. Ra'id Ahmed, grandson, 2

11. Wa'ad Ahmed, grandson, 1 month

12. Inad Mohammad, grandson, 6

13. Anood Mohammad, granddaughter, 5

14. Amal Rekaad, daughter, 30

15. Anood Talib, granddaughter, 2

16. Kholood Talib, granddaughter, 6 months

17. Hamid Monif, son in law, 22

18. Somayia Nawaf, wife, 50

19. Siham Rekaad, daughter, 18

20. Hamda Suleiman, wife, 45

21. Rabha Rekaad daughter, 16

22. Zahra Rekaad daughter,15

23. Fatima Rekaad daughter, 4

24. Ali Rekaad son, 12

25. Hamza Rekaad, 6

Five from a family called Garaghool also died, thirteen of the band and three photographic crew. Forty-six, mown down for celebrating a wedding..

Kholood, 8 months, Sabha, 22, Iqbal 14, Mouza, 12, Feisal and Adil (children, ages unknown) were hospitalized. There were no prosecutions.

General Mark Kimmit, questioned on the liquidation of the party goers - the dead women's gold was also torn from their necks by the troops, according to consistent survivors accounts - simply replied: "Bad people have parties too." Asked about the near countless other acts of carnage, he responded:

"Change the channel."

As the cost in Iraqi lives at the hands of US troops briefly hits the headlines again, some of the names that are known, in the perhaps 1.7 million lost, should be remembered. They are not "collateral damage" or "regrettable incidents." Each one is a unique human being, often a small, fledgling one.

In Haditha the victims were:

House One:

1. Abdul Hameed Hassin Ali, 76.

2. Khamisa Tuma Ali, 66, wife of Abdul.

3. Rashid Abdul Hamid, 30.

4. Walid Abdul Hamid Hassan, 35.

5. Jahid Abdul Hamid Hassan, middle aged.

6. Asma Salman Rasif, 32.

7. Abdullah Walid, 4.

Injured: Iman, 8 and Abdul Rahman, 5.

Escaped: Daughter-in-law, Hiba, with 2 month old Asia.

House Two:

8. Younis Salim Khalfif, 43.

9. Aida Yasin Ahmed, wife of Younis Salim, died shielding her youngest daughter, Aisha.

10. Muhammad Younis Salim, 10, son.

11. Noor Younis Salim, 14, daughter.

12. Sabaa Younis Salim, 10, daughter.

13. Zainabl Younis Salim, 5, daughter.

14. Aisha Younis Salim, 3, daughter.

15. One year old girl staying with the family.

Survived: Safa Younis Salim, 13, who pretended to be dead.

House Three:

16. Ajamal Ahmed, 41.

17. Marwan Ahmed, 28.

18. Qahtan Ahmed, 24.

19. Chasib Ahmed, 27. Brothers.

Taxi: Passengers were students at the Technical Institute in Saqlawiyah:

20 Ahmed Khadir, taxi driver.

21.Ahram Hamid Flayeh.

22.Khalid Ayada al-Zawi

23.Wajdi Ayada al-Zawri

24.Mohammad Battal Mahmoud.

Lance Corporal Roel Ryan Briones, who, seemingly, was not involved, was ordered to photograph the bodies. He picked up a little girl, shot in the head. The contents of her small skull spilled out on to his trousers. "I need immediate help," he said.

What of help for then thirteen year old Safa, pretending to be dead amongst her family's bodies. Of Hiba, lone survivor of her home, and her now six year old daughter?

What of the heroic Taher Thabet al-Hadithi, young journalist and human rights activist, who filmed every minute, every bloody detail the following day, and amassed the truth of what had really happened, as the Defence Department was busy trying to cover their tracks? He fled to Syria in fear of his own life expectancy, should the US military learn of his evidence.

It was his witness materials that made their way into Time magazine, engendering an "inquiry." Evidence that was indisputable..

The reaction of Major General Steve Johnson, Commander of US Forces in the Province was salutary: "It happened all the time ... it was just the cost of doing business ..."

Routine massacres

"The renewal of American leadership can be felt across the globe," said President Obama, concluding his address, citing : "... the enduring power of our moral example ... tyranny is no match for liberty."

On the wall of the deserted house of one of the Haditha families, silent witness to this "moral example," is written: "Democracy assassinated the family that was here."

The Europeans guilty of injurious plunder of Libya and in revelry of terrorism in Syria, suffer now and die of a cold. Their disaster won't stop till December, 2017. Cold, flooding, the drought, a heat, hurricanes, ashes of volcanoes, a poor harvest and hunger are sent to Europeans by God to punishment for bloody crimes of NATO-terrorists. Europeans have forgotten about God, but God hasn't forgotten about the Europeans guilty of death of thousand and in suffering of hundreds thousand of Libyans and Syrians. "The cold bomb" is the reciprocal sanction on the European embargo of the Iranian oil. Any criminal error of Europeans will be used against Europeans further.
