Presence of the Chinese and Russian Navy at the Mediterranean Sea isn't connected with events in Syria in no way. Trainings of four fleet, one Chinese and three Russian, in the Mediterranean Sea, on the European battlefield, were planned and prepared during the long period of time. Meanwhile, the Turkish army actively increases the potential on the Turkish-Syrian border. Turkish tanks, rocket installations, planes, warehouses, congestions of trucks are a target traced by space drones. Destruction of Turkish army, in case of its invasion into Syria, doesn't need any ships in the Mediterranean Sea. Space satellites will guide ballistic missiles to the target and in end of ends the space drones will finish operation without damage to Turkish and Syrian peace citizens.

Port Call in Tartus Possible - Russian Defense Min

Russian warships in the Mediterranean Sea.

MOSCOW, August 3

Russian warships engaged in drills in the Mediterranean Sea may enter Russia’s naval re-supply and maintenance base in Syria’s Tartus, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Friday.

Russian media reported earlier this week that three large landing ships from the Russian flotilla are planning to make a port call in Tartus. Earlier on Friday, the Russian Defense Ministry said the port call was unnecessary and “not planned.”

Later in the day, the ministry said that the schedule of the flotilla’s mission might be extended to include entry into the Black Sea, and the ships will have to replenish stocks.

"The [naval] command will plan re-supplying the ships’ stocks either via support vessels or via Russia’s material and technical support base in Tartus,” the Defense Ministry said.

Black Sea Fleet Commander Rear Admiral Alexander Fedosenkov said last week Russian warships in the Mediterranean are preparing for naval drills due in September, and are not carrying out any military tasks in Syria.

The Russian flotilla comprises five warships from the Northern and Baltic fleets, plus escort vessels. On Saturday a group of Northern Fleet vessels, led by the Vice Admiral Kulakov destroyer, will join the flotilla.

Syria’s opposition National Council earlier expressed its concern about the possibility of Russian warships entering Tartus.

The Tartus base, Russia’s only naval facility outside the former Soviet Union, is used for repair and refueling of warships. The Russian Navy needs the base to support Russian warships in the Mediterranean, as well as those on anti-piracy missions in the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean.

Leaders of the NATO's countries entered on a war track

The Syrian army wins a convincing victory over NATO mercenaries and is ready to finish the cleaning within two weeks. Therefore leaders of the NATO's countries approved additions to the Chicago resolution on NATO military intervention to Syria under the pretext of creation of no-fly zone and overthrow of the lawful president of Syria. The plan of NATO provides active hostilities against Russia, Iran and China. Actually, Angela Merkel, Barack Obama, Francois Hollande, David Cameron and others misters are going to begin the Third World War in December, 2012.

Priority for the Anti-NATO coalition is destruction of the control and communication centers, located in Europe, and elimination of satellites for communication and prompting of ballistic missiles already at the very beginning of the first active phase of NATO aggression to Syria. Some ways of destruction of aircraft carriers were tested by the Russian and Chinese submarines and the Air Force during ended trainings. The Iranian aircrafts and fleet are ready to block channels of supply of oil to the countries of NATO.

The NATO's countries have no space drones - exterminators of satellites. NATO's satellites have no guns and other means of active protection. Air defense of the NATO's countries is not capable to protect from modern ballistic missiles. The Navy's of the NATO's countries has no effective remedies of protection against submarines - exterminators of aircraft carriers. Military adventure is planned by the leaders of NATO who have finally lost modern realities...

Russia unveils new military transport aircraft Il-476

01.10.2012

up_immagini/il-476.jpg

Russia has built a new military transport aircraft Il-476. Minister for Industry Denis Manturov told President Vladimir Putin that the transport plane was   ready for its first test flight.

According to the minister, the technical characteristics of the aircraft are absolutely. The plane is "fully digitalized, changes were made in the control system, there is a new power system, a new pilot complex, a state-of-the-art glass cockpit." "The production was moved from Uzbekistan to Russia. In fact, it is a new production, a project in its final stage," Manturov said.

The flight range was increased by 25 percent. The load capacity was increased   by 15-17 percent. The Minister added that such aircraft are manufactured only in the United States and Russia. "We are forming a package of orders," the minister said, expressing a hope that "there will be other customers after the Ministry of Defense."

By now, the plane has already performed two short flight; the plane is now ready for testing.

Vladimir Putin positively accepted the news. "This is good, good news. There are not many such planes in the world, and they are in high demand in the civil and defense fields," said the president. According to him, "one needs to finalize all the details connected with the organization of the procurement" so that the price matches the product, NTV said.

The President also instructed the head of the Ministry for Industry and Trade Denis Manturov to prepare a meeting to discuss the development of the domestic aviation industry, RBC said.

The IL-476 is an upgraded version of the military transport aircraft Il-76, which was previously produced commercially in Tashkent. In contrast to IL-76, the new plane has four Turbofan Engine with the thrust of 14.5 tons each. The engines are produced by Aviadvigatel (Perm). The maximum load was increased from 47 to 52 tons; the maximum take-off weight of the aircraft - from 190 to 210 tons. The range was increased up to 5,000 km. The state trial of the new aircraft is to be completed in 2013.

However, according to Vzglyad, sources at the Defense Ministry said that the IL-476 did not meet the requirements of the Russian Air Force, as the aircraft did not have several important systems. It goes about the equipment for setting active and passive noise, the rear fire point, the formation flight system, the warning system for the use of arms. In addition, the aircraft should be complete   with handling equipment for dropping the cargoes with multy-canopy parachute systems.

The NATO mercenaries who have fired the Turkish territory from a mortar on an instigation of Turkish intelligence services, provoked reciprocal attack of the Syrian territory by Turkish artillery. Peace Syrian citizens were lost. Syria and Turkey are at war among themselves from now on. Tayyip Erdogan, the Turkish Prime Minister, triumphs!!! NATO will be compelled to support Turkey. Syria has strong allies on the anti-NATO block which will be compelled to support Syria. The prince Ferdinand is killed again. The flywheel of war started to be untwisted.

This situation risks and threatens our national security. In this respect, the need of taking precautions and acting quickly against any threats to Turkey has arisen. In the framework of the situation, according to Article 92 of the Turkish Constitution, we kindly ask Turkish parliament to discuss a motion that authorizes the government for a year to send Turkish troops to foreign countries."

Al-Manar TV Lebanon: Syria Shells Turkey Killing Five, Ankara Hits Back

04.09.2012

Syria bombarded Wednesday the Turkish border town of Akcakale, killing five people and wounding at least 13 others.

“Five people, including a mother and her three children, were killed. We also have nine wounded," said Abdulhakim Ayhan, mayor of Akcakale, where the shells that were fired from the Syrian town of Tall Al-Abyad exploded.

Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Besir Atalay instantly stated that the incident “was very serious and going too far, as Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu contacted UN chief Ban Ki-moon and the UN's Syria peace envoy Lakhdar Brahimi and expressed his “deepest concern” over the incident.

Davutolgu cleared his schedule and chaired an emergency meeting at the foreign ministry to deal with the incident, his office’s statement added.

For his part, Ban encouraged Davutoglu to "keep open all channels of communication with the Syrian authorities with a view to lessening any tension that could build up as a result of the incident.”

The UN Secretary-General urged Damascus to “respect the territorial sovereignty of its neighbors”, as his spokesman Martin Nesirky said in a statement that “the secretary general has repeatedly warned that the ongoing militarization of the conflict in Syria is leading to tragic results for the Syrian people.”

“Today's incidents... again demonstrated how Syria's conflict is threatening not only the security of the Syrian people but increasingly causing harm to its neighbors," he added.

Moreover, Turkey responded to the Syrian step, which came one day after fire shot on Syria from the Turkish territories killed two people, by hitting Syrian army positions across from the town of Akcakale, AFP quoted one source as saying.

In parallel, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that his country bombarded targets in the Syrian territories in response to the attack.

He added in a statement that “This attack required an instance response from our armed forces that shelled targets in the border line,” stressing that his country will not leave the Syrian side without a punishment.”

The United States condemned Syria on Wednesday for what it referred to as the "depraved" shelling of the Turkish border town, stating that “this is yet another example of the depraved behavior of the Syrian regime, and why it must go."

Pentagon spokesman George Little said in a statement that “we regret the loss of life in Turkey, a strong ally, and continue to monitor the situation closely."

In contrast, Syria announced that it was looking into the origin of the deadly cross-border shelling, according to Syrian Information Minister Omran Zoabi.

“The concerned parties are currently studying the origin of the fire against Turkey," Zoabi said in a statement reported by state television.

“Syria offers it sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to our friends the Turkish people," he added.

"The Syrian-Turkish border is long, and Syria asks for cooperation in controlling the border," Zoabi further pointed out, indicating that “there are armed terrorist groups who constitute a danger not only to Syrian national security, but also to regional security.”

“We call for the border to be controlled, and for terrorists to be prevented from crossing,” he concluded.

Turkey Lied About Syria Taking Responsibility For Attack

Infowars.com, October 5, 2012

By Paul Joseph Watson

NATO powers desperate to create pretext for regime change

Turkey lied to the United Nations when it claimed that Syria had apologized and taken responsibility for the mortar attack which led to a de facto declaration of war, increasing the likelihood that the shelling was actually carried out by Turkish-backed FSA rebels.

Reports which emerged immediately after Turkey’s parliament gave the green light for military strikes to be carried out inside Syria described how Turkey’s deputy prime minister Besir Atalay told the UN how Syria had “admitted it was responsible for the shelling that killed five civilians in Turkey” and had “formally apologized” for the incident.

This instantly put a dampener on a growing body of evidence to suggest that it was in fact FSA rebels and not Syrian forces who were responsible for the initial attack. German news channel ZDF broadcast two separate reports that stated Syrian rebels had taken responsibility for the attack in Akçakale. In addition, a newly released video shows Syrian rebels purportedly in the very region that the mortar attack took place showing off mortar shells and taking credit for the attack.

Ensuring that Syria was blamed for the attack in the eyes of the international community, which roundly condemned President Assad despite there being scant details of the incident, was key for Turkey, especially given reports that Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan immediately demanded the United States impose a no fly zone over the country in response to the attack.

However, despite international media headlines proclaiming it to be the case, Syria never took responsibility for the attack and never apologized for it.

As Syria’s UN representative, Bashar al-Jaafari, made clear during a statement, although offering condolences to the victims of the attack in Turkey, Syria refused to accept the blame.

Announcing that the Syrian authorities were conducting a detailed investigation of the incident, al-Jaafari said, “This was not an apology, this was an expression of solidarity with the civilians.”

“The investigation is not over yet. The Syrian authorities are doing their duty. We ask the Turkish side to do the same,” he added.

Despite al-Jaafari’s insistence that Syria did not apologize and did not accept responsibility for the attack, the notion that Syria launched the initial attack and later admitted to it, thereby justifying Turkey’s aggressive response, has taken hold as part of the official narrative behind the entire series of events.

This again emphasizes how NATO powers and compliant Gulf states are desperate to create a pretext for regime change in Syria, and will not stop at fabricating an incident and then inventing lies about it in order to manufacture a casus belli for a military assault.

Is Turkey Reaping Fruit of Letting Syrian Opposition Inside Border?

This article was first published in Arabic on 5/10/2012.

By Mohammad Noureddine

The Syrian shelling that killed five Turkish citizens inside Turkish territory cannot be deemed a dangerous development, regardless of how you view it. The falling of Syrian shells inside Turkey is not something new, and it has continuously been happening, yet often without being reported.

The incident is quite normal in the context of the battles raging between the Syrian army and the armed opposition. It is very similar to what is happening on the Syrian-Lebanese border, and sometimes on the border with Jordan. But no one can consider this incident to be food for tensions or a possible war. These kinds of things happen in all cases of military conflict.

However, the problem has become obvious. Turkey harbors a grudge, and the government of the Justice and Development (AKP) Party realizes how dangerous it will be should the impasse continue, knowing that it has plunged itself into this impasse as a result of its involvement in the internal conflict in Syria. Turkey wants to get out of this stalemate by escalating tensions until a war breaks out. However, will it succeed in doing so?

1. It is not clear whether the shelling came from the Syrian army or the Free Syrian Army (FSA).   Assuming it came from the Syrian army, this does not make it a serious incident in the context of the ongoing battles. Selahattin Demirtas, chairman of the Peace and Democracy Party, had the audacity to say that the incident was a massacre that was planned, in a bid to pass the memorandum authorizing Turkey to use military force in Syria in parliament. In fact, Erdogan, for the sake of his own selfish interests — being president of the republic — is ready to do anything it takes, knowing that he had already led Turkey into an atmosphere of war, months before the memorandum was passed.

2. Turkey is reaping the results of its military involvement in Syrian affairs. As long as the FSA is freely moving from inside Turkey to Syria and vice versa, it is only normal that such incidents arise. Had Turkey not allowed and encouraged the emergence of this situation on its borders, it would not have heard a single shot, not a single refugee would have entered its territory and it would not have lost a single Lira.

3. It is deplorable and surprising that the AKP-led government takes the initiative of calling on the Turkish parliament to allow the government to use military force within Syrian territory. This is similar to when the parliament authorized the government's memorandum regarding incursions into Iraq. Syria did not violate Turkey’s territory or the Turkish army, and the fall of an incidental shell does not require this measure.

The Turkish Parliament's authorization of the use of force in Syria is a serious escalation, not for the time being, but for when Ankara considers that the conditions are ripe to use this card. I believe that such a memorandum — which is opposed by the Turkish opposition — is tantamount to a declaration of war on Syria. Rather, it is an act of aggression, since Syrian forces have never threatened Turkey’s sovereignty. What if the Syrian parliament did the same thing itself, taking a decision whereby Syrian forces were entitled to pursue militants who threaten its security inside Turkish territory?   Doesn't Turkey's support for the armed Syrian opposition and the use of Turkish territory on the part of these groups justify the issuance of such a decision by the Syrian parliament?

4.   If only Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who has cited both Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror and Sultan Alp Arslan, followed the example of these two (especially that of Alp Arslan, who announced his willingness to give up his life in the face of the Byzantines in 1071 AD). If only he had announced a state of alert in defense of the nine Turks who were killed by Israeli soldiers in the Freedom Flotilla incident at the end of May 2010. Back then, Erdogan did not cut diplomatic ties with Israel. Quite the opposite, Turkey's trade with Israel began increasing by 35% each year. The Turkish parliament did not seek to issue a memorandum authorizing the government to use force against any Israeli threat. In other words, Erdogan's government is implementing a policy whereby it is “merciful to enemies and tough on associates.”

5. We have previously said that a few bullets or shells would be enough to push Turkey to resort to NATO. As a result of this, we objected when the head of Hamas’ Political Bureau Khaled Meshaal said that Turkey, a NATO member, was a leader in the Islamic world. Erdogan should have resorted to NATO to respond to Israel's aggression on the Marmara ship.

However, it has become widely known that Turkey is engaged in a game of political brinkmanship, hoping to lure the West, the US and NATO toward the Turkish position and toward aggression against Syria. Turkey alone would not dare attack Syria. The fact is that 60% to 90% of the Turkish public is against military intervention in Syria.

However, the Turkish exaggeration of the shelling incident in Akcakale will not be heeded by Washington or Brussels, where the headquarters of NATO are located. NATO has announced more than once that it will not intervene in Syria, and Washington is not likely to intervene either, neither before nor after the presidential election, because they take into consideration Russia and Iran’s position regarding the Syrian situation. Therefore, Turkey’s exaggeration seems inappropriate and will not achieve any results.

6. The only goal of the war memorandum — which was adopted by the Turkish parliament with a majority, and opposed by both the Republican People’s Party and the Peace and Democracy Party, in the absence of several MPs from the ruling AKP — is a timely goal related to the battle against Aleppo. In fact, the memo came following reports that the regime in Syria will send 30,000 troops to Aleppo with tanks and guns. This could settle the battle there in favor of the regime, thus leading to an expansion in regime forces along the Turkish border, a miserable defeat for the FSA which would make it lose Turkey as a base of supply. This would also make Turkey lose any material bases on the ground to transform areas of northern Syria into buffer zones or a new Benghazi.

Hence, the issuance of this memo is aimed at distracting the Syrian army from the Aleppo battle. It is also aimed at trying to save the FSA from completely losing Aleppo, and subsequently all the land adjacent to the Turkish border, thus diverting the Syrian army with Turkish threats and distracting it on more than one front.

A few days — not weeks — later, Turkish officials will find themselves still mired in the same impasse. They will find out that in order to get out of it, a radical reconsideration of their Syrian and Middle Eastern policies is in order. They will also find out that they have to stay away from illusions related to the dominance of the Ottomans and Seljuks, while recognizing that the past is gone and that the people of the empire are no longer subjects, but free and independent people. All that Turkey is doing now is collecting anything it considers to be of security or military importance in order to use it as a pretext for military intervention when the conditions of this intervention have ripened. Thus, it is making a "declaration of ill intentions" toward the future Syria. As for the parliament's memo, it is a deferred "declaration of war.”

Russian military experts: the type of the shells which have blown up in the frontier Turkish territory, as well as type of artillery pieces from which shots were made by these shells, are on arms of Turkish army and correspond to NATO standards. The Syrian army has no similar artillery shells and artillery pieces.

Recent accident of the Turkish plane in the Syrian air space also is provocation of Turkish intelligence services. The Turkish aircraft was out of a zone of defeat of the Syrian air defenses and was destroyed by the second Turkish plane. Satellites fixed two military aircrafts in the Syrian air space, destruction of the first plane and a sharp change of trace by the second plane after deadly defeat of the first plane and pilots.

Erdogan aspires to cause the maximum damage to the Turkish state and the Turkish people

Moscow forms a package of sanctions against Turkey in connection with plane with 17 citizens of Russia captured by the Turkish Air Force. Life of the Russian citizens underwent considerable threat. Turkish officials mocked at religious feelings of Russians, besides threats, insults and beating of one Russian.

The lie is an integral part of foreign policy of Turkey.

Turks didn't find anything that is forbidden for transportation by passenger planes. Russia isn't the country which isn't capable to deliver cargo to Syria by safer and reliable way.

Sanctions can include decrease in the status of diplomatic relations, restrictions for travel of Russians to Turkey, reduction of a trade turnover between the countries, exclusion of the Turkish goods and the companies from the Russian domestic market.

Terrorists who actively operate on the North Caucasus, in Syria and on border with Israel who try to involve Israel in the Syrian conflict, have the general control center and financing sources. It is natural that Russia recognized and recognizes Israel as the its strategic ally in fight against world terrorism. Russia worries for destinies of several million Russian citizens who wished to live in Israel. Therefore Russia together with the United States of America and other states permanent members of the UN Security Council won't allow emergence of the Arab-Israeli war, despite the various points of view on other problems of world politics.

The Perm mufti joked, but any joke, has a joke share

On November 26, 2012, His High Eminence Mukhammedgali Hazrat Huzin, the Perm mufti, had speech on celebrations on the occasion of oath acceptance by cadets of the Perm cadet corps of Suvorov.

The mufti reminded cadets that the enemy exists that the enemy doesn't doze that hour can come when cadets will be compelled not only to protect own country, but also to stop enemy intrigues in its territory. "Perhaps, you will go on streets of Washington by victorious march, as well as our ancestors, having won Napoleon, victoriously marched on the Champs-Elysees in Paris", – the mufti told to cadets.

The Perm mufti, explaining to journalists his speech, told later that it is figurative expression which shouldn't be perceived seriously. Russia has no enemies, but he wanted to encourage cadets to serious service for the fatherland and to war with whom it is necessary.

Terrorist groups of the Syrian opposition, financed by the USA and France and also encouraged by the NATO's countries and despotic monarchies of the Persian Gulf, promise to kill all Russian and Ukrainian citizens in Syria. Ukraine and Russia are compelled to place so much army special troops in Syria, how many it is necessary for safety of the Ukrainian and Russian diplomats and citizens. Presence of the Russian aircrafts and the installation of missile systems Iskander and air-missile defense system S-400 at Syria, also as well as presence of the Russian Navy at coast of Syria, are need for safe life of Russian and Ukrainian citizens and diplomats. From now on any country which finances activity of terrorists and supplies them with the weapon, gives instructors and military support to terrorists in Syria, who encourages terrorists to murder of the Russian and Ukrainian citizens, is considered as the country hostile to Russia, this country is the country at war with Russia.

As the arrangement of planet Earth in space was stabilized, amplitude of fluctuations fades and the big somersault of Earth predicted for the night from 22 for December 23, 2012, won't occur, the mankind can exhale air from a breast, forget about a doomsday and continue to look forward. The Russian ekstrasenets do the following forecasts for the next year. Small but very notable natural cataclysms will annoy Americans since the beginning and until the end of the year. The American mars rover "Curiosity" will stop the activity. Homosexual addictions of the French president will be a subject of discussion in a world yellow press. The death of the decrepit lady and malignant tumor of the crown prince will be not the hottest news in Britain. Nobody learns about Vladimir Putin's official negotiations with representatives of the next Galaxy. Turkey will enter long-term, dragged-out and unsuccessful war with neighboring countries. Members of mysterious "committee 300" will start dying one by one and they will accuse each other of it. Japan will witness big road incident of two tectonic plates. ‘Future Soldier’ Uniform State Tests Slated for April

11:34 06/01/2013

Russia will conduct in April state tests of military equipment sets Ratnik, nicknamed “future soldier uniforms,” Defense Ministry ground forces spokesman Lt. Col. Nikolai Donyushkin said on Sunday.

Russia’s military equipment sets Ratnik performed well in preliminary tests carried out in September in the Moscow region, paving the way for their implementation.

“A whole number of new equipment sets leaves behind the world equivalents,” Donyushkin said

Ratnik (“Warrior”) comprises more than 40 components, including firearms, body armor, optic, communication and navigation devices, life support and power supply systems and even knee and elbow pads. The equipment can be used by regular infantry, rocket launcher operators, machine gunners, drivers and scouts.

North Korea really bears a plan about a nuclear attack on the territory of the USA while the United States of America have no serious and well-tried remedies of antimissile defense. Russia holding North Korea under the rocket's cap, could help out seriously the USA in case of danger of death, but the American president Barack Obama, just as his European colleagues, doesn't want to discuss joint system of antimissile safety with Russia. Meanwhile the Russian management is angry by attempts to surround Russia with the American antimissile complexes. Although the U.S. anti-missile ring around Russia like stockade of sticks around the elephant.

The Syrian Cabinet: The Israeli Aggression Opens the Door Wide for All Possibilities

May 05, 2013

DAMASCUS, (SANA)- The Israeli aggression on sites in Syria opens the door wide for all the possibilities and shows an organic link between the takfiri terrorist groups and the Israeli enemy, the Cabinet said in a statement on Sunday.

"The Israeli enemy committed early Sunday morning May 5th, 2013 a flagrant aggression against the Syrian Arab Republic using missiles to shell military facilities in a blatant violation of all the rules of the international law paying no heed to all the relevant commitments," the Cabinet added in its statement issued after an extraordinary session held to discuss the Israeli assault.

"The Syrian government stresses that this aggression opens the door wide for all the possibilities, especially that it undoubtedly shows the scale of the organic link between the constituents of the war on Syria, along with their takfiri terrorist tools, and the Zionism," the statement, which was delivered by Information Minister Omran al-Zoubi, stressed.

It pointed out that that the Syrian government has long affirmed this link in terms of the aim, tools and means between the takfiri thinking and the Zionism and the terrorism gangs and Jabhat al-Nusra, which is an offshoot of al-Qaeda in Syria.

It noted that Syria has offered lots of evidence and facts proving this link, the latest was this new aggression "which came at a time when our armed forces, backed by our people, are making more achievements in combating terrorism and the terrorists who come from various countries of the world and are funded by the entities of Arab disgrace."

The Cabinet stressed that with this aggression Israel has proved its link with the takfiri terrorist groups, saying that "The international community should realize that the complications of what is happening in the region have become more dangerous after this aggression."

"The countries supporting Israel should know quite well that our people and state do not accept disgrace, and that Israel and its agents in the region can't stand alone and tamper with the regional security and the peoples' future," the statement added.

The Cabinet concluded its statement by saying that "The government stresses the necessity that the army continue its achievements in combating Israel's tools inside, and that it will always be its right to protect the homeland, the state and the people against any internal or external aggression by all means.

Afterwards Information Minister Omran al-Zoubi answered a question by reporters by saying that "Syria is not and will never be a punch bad for anybody and if anyone has ever believed that based on his miscalculations, he is mistaken and should reconsider his calculations."
