 August 15, 2000 Historic and Cultural Heritage Awards was created to honor the many fine Web sites, who promote Historic and Cultural Heritage (i.e.; history,
arts, monuments, archaeology, literature, biography, and related subjects). The Historic and Cultural Heritage Awards Program is presented to you by the Russian Server "Heritage of Perm", with their concept being "Cultural heritage is ancient family silver, which we should protect to transmit by right of succession to the successors."
August 16, 2000. Our Award Program was rated as 3,5 by Award Sites! (with January 10, 2001 it was rated as 4.0 by AS!; with May 30, 2001 it was rated as 4.5 by AS!; our award has been upgraded to the 5.0 rating level by AWARD SITES! on October 10, 2001), with a listing in Specific Award Categories under Education.
February 26, 2001. Review Team at Website Awards has selected Historic and Cultural Heritage Award, Gold level or better, as a World's Top Award.
March 12, 2001. New GTA, German Top Awards International panel of evaluators has rated our awards program as Level 5.
March 19, 2001award program has been reviewed by the United Award Givers Officials and our program has been granted a UAG Classification of Level 6 (with April 30, 2001 classification level is 8).
October 3, 2001. Marie Summers (Shadow Poetry) has made the literary editing and some adjustments to our pages in English. Thank you Marie!
November 1, 2001. Our award graphics and information has been listed at Awards Hot List.
February 23, 2002 Heritage Award 2002 was closed for good.
January 18-28, 2003. Our Award Program was recreated as the Perm Heritage Award.
March 5, 2003. Our Award Program was rated as 4.0 by Award Sites! (with August, 27 2003 award was rated as 4.5 by AS!; August 16, 2006 removed for "Various Reasons").
May 9, 2003. Our Award Program was rated as 5.0 by the United Web Site Award Givers (UWSAG) Classification Program (August 16, 2006 removed for "Various Reasons").
September 1, 2003 Our Award Program was rated as 5.0 by the Olymp-Award-Index.
