We, Support Group of the web-site "Heritage of Perm" evaluate all the web sites that
are submitted to be considered for an award.
We have reviewers who are experts in certain branches of Cultural Heritage. These reviewers are not obligated to evaluate all of the sites
submitted, but when we require their help, they help us evaluate specific web sites.
Our Fairness and Integrity Site Evaluators review sites in case of a conflict between regular Evaluators and claimants, when the
claimant agree to such evaluation. These situations seldom happen. We try to maintain a good reputation for our awards program by achieving
maximum impartiality and objective evaluation. The External Evaluators are all volunteers, and their efforts on behalf of the Perm Heritage
Awards Program are very appreciated!
